Coca-cola Park is the home of Lehigh Valley Ironpigs (AAA) and it's always fun to be there even though I'm not a big baseball fan.
For me, I always go there on Sunday evenings because they let the kids run the base after every Sunday games. Plus, there is always some special events like fireworks, free balloons for kids...on Sunday games. And on every game, they have some kind of events/giveaways during every break.
When I go there, I always buy $6 (plus$1 fee) outfield lawn area seat tickets, take some beach towels and enjoy the game or the sun or the beer. It just feels like to be on a picnic. Be sure to take sun-blocks, beach towels or whatever to throw on the lawn.
One extraordinary event in this park is that there's some selling tennis balls as it get to the end of the game...Yes, tennis balls. This is somemwhat like a lottery, after the game they lay some hulahoops in the field and people will throw the tennis ball to land inside the hoop. There is some kind of prize when you succeed (I think it's $50 cash, if I remember correctly).
Everything about this park is GREAT. How many times do you see a MLB game being sold out? This ball park is sold-out on most Saturdays! One thing that I would NOT RECOMMEND on this ballpark is to buy "Stored Value Tickets". They have this tickets with includes admission and F&Bs inside the park, but they are only accepted in few concessions. Most of the hotdog stands and beer concessions DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TICKETS.

This was my third time to Coca Cola Park to watch the Iron Pigs and each time has been very pleasant. I'm not a huge baseball fan, but the size and layout of the stadium are really conducive to watching the game and getting pulled into the excitement. Its absolutely wonderful for kids.
What I really noticed about this last visit was how friendly the people were, both spectators and staff. There was no rowdiness, drunkeness, or any behavior that detracted from being a wonderful family experience. In particular I noticed how attentive and proactive the staff were to keep things well managed. They were present at every aisle checking tickets before the game and guiding folks to their seats. They readily offered help finding things. When kids or adults went down to the fence to interact with the players or mascots that was fine, but after the interaction time was over, the staff came around and gently reminded folks to return to their seats so noones view was impaired. All politely with a smile. I think the positive and friendly attitude with a touch of gentle people management really created a great atmosphere and the spectators seemed to respond with friendliness as well. I've never seen a more pleasant crowd in the mid-atlantic region. Highly recommended.

Caught a game between the Iron Pigs and the Yankees. It was a riot. AAA Baseball - so its good solid baseball - with all the goofiness of the minors. Every time there was a strike out, the coffee steamed. Lots of between inning activities. Lots of give aways flying into the crowds. Food was good altho sometimes these minor league ball parks have better food - this seemed like standard fare. The stadium seems newish - really great. Ticket prices were cheap and we sat three rows over the dug out. Parking was easy even with a crowd. Showed up at game time and stilll got nice seats, even with a healthy crowd. Minors at its best.

This park is great for families with little ones. We have 2 under 4 and were able to bring a stroller in and sit on the lawn in the outfield and enjoy the whole game. It's very family friendly and if your children need to get up and move around they can. They can also go play in the slide/playground equipment park area which is right next to the lawn outfield area. Reasonably priced tickets and food.
