Ok, lets get it straight, the place is a bit outdated.

Otherwise, the room was clean, comfy and spacious. Despite being right on the side of the road the room was very quiet. The location is perfect, just off the highway, on the main road, 5 minutes drive to the city center and they offer a shuttle to go and come back from the festival.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful regarding were to go and what to do in Ashland. We stayed only 1 night and we didn't use the swimming pool and steam room so I won't comment on that. Internet was good.

I would recommend this place and would definitely go back if I return to Ashland, I wouldn't even bother shopping around for another motel

We rented a suite with a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. the place is not fancy, but is clean, quiet (if you are on the pool side instead of the street side) and a very good price for Ashland. the pool was nice, breakfast was ok, loved having a kitchen so we could cook some meals instead of eating out all the time.

We had a group rate of $59 which made just about any room OK. Our king room was located just outside the indoor pool (which was out of order), Hence the room was damp and smelled quite mouldy. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There were even double sinks.
The bedspread and pillow covers really need replacing. The bed was comfortable. We were scolded by the man in the breakfast room for approaching the room from the wrong direction. Not a very exciting breakfast.
