“Everything was great except the wait!”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

This is a fairly small restaurant and it almost always packed! Even on a weekday morning during the summer the lines are out the door. I was last there on a Friday morning in early May at 9 AM and had a 45 minute wait. That said, the food is very, very good. I had an Applewood Bacon omelet and it was wonderful. Service was surprisingly attentive given how many customers were there. The hash browns were not greasy and flavorful. The toast and muffins were just right. If you're looking for a quiet breakfast place to talk this isn't it. If you are looking for a great place to have breakfast then this is the place.

“Worth the wait”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

I was traveling alone, driving to Eugene, Oregon, and stopped in Ashland. I had read about a wonderful place for brunch and wanted to try it out for myself. It was a Saturday around 11 a.m. in October. Nothing special was going on in Ashland, but the wait, even for 1, was an hour. When you come in, they tell you exactly how long the wait will be. The waitress was so friendly, quick and efficient. I ordered the special of the day....eggs and crab cakes benedict. The food was incredible. Also came with pancakes, who had room to eat them, but I did taste them and they were light as a feather. This restaurant should be on everyone's list....unless you are on a diet or a vegan...

“Great, flavorful breakfast”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

Loved breakfast. Shared a salmon scramble with sides polenta, hashbrowns, and blueberry muffin. Everything had excellent flavor, not salty, and cooked just right. Felt healthy.

“Deserves its Tripadvisor Rating”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

Breakfast and/or lunch are the meals available and they are good. Lots to eat for a reasonable price. We were there because it was rated as #1 in Ashland and we do agree with the rating!

“OMG--no words! This place is fabulous!”
Reviewed October 13, 2012

Every year we travel to Ashland and have eaten breakfast/brunch here over 70 times. Example: we were here 9 days and ate breakfast 8 times at this amazing, quality place. The staff is so loyal many have been there since it opened! You are always greeted as if they truly know and remember you (actually, I think they do!) and service is always excellent. Now about the food. Wow. From vegan to vegetarian to done home meat eating goodness! All dishes are prepared to order and my only warning: COME HUNGRY!
Quality of food? AMAZING! This is a landmark Ashland eatery so it can be crowded but you can pour yourself some coffee while you wait--Thank you, MORNING GLORY, for absolute DELICIOUSNESS!
