“Great Family Place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

ScienceWorks is a wonderful place to spend a hot afternoon or a rainy day. Kids of all ages will find lots of fun things to do and the exhibits change frequently, so even if you've been before, there is likely something new next time you go.

“Ok for other people”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

OK for other people, like children, but not me. You go on without me. There is a lawn & native trees outside, that's a nice touch. Good parking. I don't care for amusement parks either.

I have been here with my grand kids many times and enjoy it as much as they do. My kids have family passes and have their kids birthday parties here.

“Great Fun For Kids”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2013

We loved it - my ten year old son and I. We were excited that we arrived on a special day for the museum - first Wednesday of the month is free. So it was a little crowded but we were able to experience every exhibit they had available. It was very warm that day, about 91 - and it was very nice and cool inside. The coolest thing for me was the room where you can freeze your shadow - kind of freaky. We both came out of there with smiles on our faces and glad we went - a friend who lives in Talent suggested that we go.

“Interesting afternoon.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2013

We went by bus on a tour to the museum. We were allowed to enter before it opened to the public and were treated to a short guided tour that explained what was there and the purpose of the museum. When the museum opened, it was soon filled with lots of excited children of all ages that scurried through the exhibits. There were many interesting things to see and do. The down side was that some of the exhibits were not working. A tour of the garden on the outside had a number of plants growing there, some of them in bloom. The disappointing thing was that it was still in its winter shape and a lot of plants did not have identifying labels.
