Description: Welcome to Loft Restaurant & Barn in Ashland, Oregon serving a blend of French-inspired seasonal creations, modern interpretations and classic preparations for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. From Rogues to Rhones, our list is a well-balanced selection of fine wines from Oregon and beyond with an emphasis on our favorite, French of course! Enjoy dining in our grande brasserie year-round. During the warmer months, dine al fresco, sun or shade, on our idyllic terrace. We invite you to join us in our rooftop bar and lounge featuring small plates, artisan cocktails and wine flights. Drop by for a drink in our second floor solarium bar or stop in after the show any night for a late night light bite around our rooftop fire pit lounge above Ashland Creek. We are located on Ashland Plaza just footsteps from the world-famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Lithia Park. We look forward to serving you soon!

“Disaster!”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

Very poor service; waited 20 mins for menus and server. Food was poorly prepared: hamburger ordered medium came raw, and the server told us that that was "medium" at the restaurant. Dining room staff poorly trained ( if trained at all); would not recommend this to a dog! Altho near the theaters, there are too many better choices in Ashland.

“Delightful Dining”
Reviewed September 12, 2012

We were looking for a place to eat outdoors, and just happened to find The Loft. Boy were we lucky! The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

“good burger and service”
Reviewed September 11, 2012

I like the outdoor seating on balcony above creek much better than inside, but food , drink, and service are consistently great.

“Real French bistro”
Reviewed September 6, 2012 via mobile

The husband in the kitchen and the wife in the front work for this little Bistro. You must have the salty chocolate truffles. I would trick my own mother to eat hers. I think I did. Anyway, it's a great place to people watch from above on the patio while feeling all fancy with your escargot or beef Wellington. Enjoy

“Excellent Food Hidden Away”
Reviewed August 28, 2012

This restaurant is hidden upstairs off of the main street in Ashland and well worth seeking out. If you are lucky enough to be there during nice weather, the deck is the place to be. The food is simple French influenced comfort food. This may not be the best if you have to run off to a show so take some time and relax here.
