With 6 adults, finding a place to stay on the ocean is a challenge. First off is it affordable, second will it be big enough?. Yes for us on both points! We rented both sides of this place (the studio can be rented separately). I wouldn't rent just the main house, but that's just me. I think it would be awkward sharing the same deck, porch, etc with strangers. Worked out great for us. Our grown childrend and their bf/gfs stayed in the house, while hubby and I took the studio. I wished the beach access would have been on the property, but it's just down the block, easy walk and we picked wild blackberries and had a snack every day we went! The living room furniture is worn (we brought comforters as we had read previous reviews), but beds were AWESOME! Everyone slept well and that's what counts. Kitchen appointment was fabulous. Next to new fridge and washer & Dryer. Lots of pots, pans, plates, etc. We cooked all of our meals but one for the whole week, so that is great. Great window views as well as from the deck. Only real con for us was the garbage, it was over full when we got there and didn't get emptied for 5 days, critters got in and made a big mess. Also no room in the studio closet other than hanging clothes. Also the wi-fi is pretty bad. Maybe ok if there was only one person on it at a time. Had to re-set the router several times to get it to work. I could of cared less, but the kids were a little unhappy. (stupid Pokemon go!) We had a great time here. But this is a distance from the hub of the area (Cannon Beach, Seaside, etc). But we wanted something secluded and we got it!
