This was my second time at this Best Western. Very clean comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. The morning breakfast is great. Great rates compared to other hotels in the area. I will definitely stay here on future visits. The Cascade Grill which is a short drive from the hotel is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. Tom JMore
I also stayed over Veteran's Day weekend. I also agree the management is improving the facility by adding an updated breakfast room. The breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Staff was always available, polite and attentive. Due to visiting and stuff we got to Albany late in the eve and got checked in for our King bed. The last room for a king was next to the elevator. Not the fault of the hotel. The elevator is noisy. I suggest to the hotel to add more insulation to damper the noise. We were switched to a different room with 2 queen beds.
I had to rate a 4 due to the room next to the elevator. My guess any room by the elevator will have this issue.

I've stayed at several nearby hotels many times but the staff and service at the Prairie Inn is by far the best. Rooms are always impeccably clean with excellent daily housekeeping staff! Full breakfast offers huge variety of hot and cold items in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere- you're never asked to hurry up and get out at 10:01am (unlike neighboring hotels). Pool is great! Managerial staff very prompt and willing to address any concern at a moment's notice. Great for business stay with fast internet and easy I-5 access for travel. Highly recommend for business or leisure.

Stayed over Veteran's Day weekend, weather good and stay at BW Prairie Inn fantastic. Management improving facility constantly along with a better than normal breakfast. Rooms upgraded and very clean. Lots to see in vicinity, beautiful walking paths and sports fields near by, near conference centre. Shopping and resturants very close by. Staff always available, polite and attentive. Have revisited BW PInn at least four times, says something, doesn't it!

Have stayed at Prairie Inn previously. Always met with professional reception, room was clean and adequately prepared on time. We were for football weekend, meeting with friends and Prairie Inn has kept their rates reasonable on game weekends, unlike some others in the nearby area.
We were traveling additionally to our stay in Albany and staff was kind enough to keep our frozen items in their freezer.
We will be back in June.
