My husband and I travel in the fall and we stay at B&Bs exclusively. So we were extremely pleased to have found Shiloh Morning Inn.

We had such an enjoyable and relaxing weekend! The grounds are so nice with the mowed trails and hidden hammocks and the ponds. Our room was beautiful and full of so many extras--the inviting hot tub, etc. made this one of the most romantic weekend we've ever had. The food was also delicious, such a treat to have a wonderful breakfast to start off the day. Dinner was soooooooooo great and it was unwxpectedly nice to be able to have it in the room. We will go back! Thanks go to Bob and Linda for providing such a nice, relaxing, secluded, place with so much hospitality.

We are so pleased to have discovered the perfect place for my husband and I to have a time away from our busy schedule with no children, only peace and quiet. This is without a doubt the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. The owners, Bob and Linda have thought of everything and yet allow you the privacy you want for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was wonderful--even better than Brennans. We had dinner in our room--like a 5 star restaurant. We are picky people and we couldn't find anything to criticize except that our three night stay was over too soon. We look forward to our next visit.

The only problem with Shiloh Morning Inn is that you have to leave. We have stayed in several of the rooms in the inn but recently stayed in one of the new cottages. Roadrunner. It is not to be believed. It is so private that you are furnished your own golf cart. The cottage is huge--the shower and tub are each triple king size. We had a very, very private hot tub on a large veranda. Steps lead down to a hammock in the woods hidden from everything except the deer. We were privileged to see a doe and fawn during this stay. Next time we plan to stay in The Villa, another new cottage. My husband and I are making a project of trying to stay in each room and this was our sixth visit--we have tried all the rooms in the inn and are starting on the cottages. By the way, we have a tie for our favorites in the house. We love Butterfly and Humming Bird. The hosts, Bob & Linda, have thought of everything--great decor, beautiful linens, and a beautiful scenic location. Linda's homemade bread can beat out any bakery in DFW. It only takes us two hours to be there from the DFW area and it is certainly worth the drive. It is the very best B & B that we have visited.

We loved our stay at the Shiloh Morning Inn. Bob and Linda were great host. They had a HUGE dog named Samuel that was very sweet. We could not have asked for anything better. We were looking for a quite get-away and we found it. Breakfast was incredible. The grounds were very well kept. The rooms were spotless. We have recommended this place to everyone. This was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast. Now every time we travel we look for a Bed and Breakfast before we look at hotels. Will be going back again.

My husband was sent to Iraq in 2003. I wanted him to come home to something special. I pondered a B&B but wasn't sure if that's what would be nice. It was also our 18th anniversary. I called, I emailed and I asked more questions than you can imagine of the wonderful host Bob and Linda. They made us feel so welcome. He loved our weekend anniversary, get reacquainted time. I enoyed the weekend so much because it was such a wonderful experience to be in this home. Spoiled and made to feel special.
We are already planning our 20th anniversary and we've only had one place in our mind. Again he will be coming home from the Middle East and our thoughts are set on the incredible Shiloh Morning.

Thank You for making us feel so special during that time in our lives.

See you again soon

The facilities and grounds are absolutely breathtaking! They served the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. We special ordered a dinner for the evening of our arrival, and it was delicious! The hosts and their dog, Samuel, were extremely friendly but left us alone unless we needed something. This was a great place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, it rained the whole weekend, so we were not able to stroll through the gardens and walking trails. Hopefully we will visit again when the sun is out!

Shiloh Morning Inn is definitely a place of peace and rest as advertised!

Shiloh Morning Inn is the Gold Standard for what a B & B should be. In the past ten years, we have stayed at several B & Bs that are nationally known in Texas, Oklahoma and California. None of the others approaches Shiloh as to luxury, service and amenities. In addition, the inn keepers, Bob and Linda Humphreys, strive to do everything they can to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Going out for dinner? They know the best places. Going to an attraction out of town? They know the best way to get there, where to eat in the surrounding areas, and construction and other problems to avoid. Don't want to go out? They'll ensure you have everything you need (towels for the hot tub, drinks, snacks etc) and they will LEAVE YOU ALONE! If you don't want to leave for dinner (depending on the night) they'll provide dinner in your room.

There are 73 SMOKE FREE acres on which to roam, several secluded hammocks outdoors, and a wonderful bed and room in which to relax. Each room has its own thermostat so you won't be at the mercy of the people next door (or down the hall) for what the temperature is in your room.

For us, the best description of the inn is a place where you get: a beautiful room, a very relaxing atmosphere where you're confident that no one will be smoking, a gourmet breakfast (and sometimes dinner) and left alone. Oustanding place for romantic getaways, or, if you're like us, a place for both romatic interludes, and to relax and de-stress.
