Stayed here for three nights for a class reunion. We got a very good price. The price was probably one of the main selling points for staying here, in addition to the fact that most everyone else stayed here. The hotel is pleasant, right next to the convention center, and in a quiet area. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was typical but good, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. There was a wall that ran for about 6-8 feet between the sitting area and the bed which is always nice if everyone doesn't go to bed or get up at the same time. There were a couple areas of concern. The first was that the soundproofing in the room is not very good...we could hear anyone talking in the hall easily and could hear those walking in the floor above us. Having said that though, it really wasn't a problem and we were not kept awake or awakened. The other issue has to do with the maid service. The first day the maids had not been there by 1:30 and I wanted to take a quick nap, so hubby found the maids and exchanged used towels. I spoke to some others who said the maids really didn't want to freshen the room, only wanted to exchange towels, but they did do the room if it was requested. The second morning the room was done while we were gone. They did make the bed and replace towels, but forgot to replenish the supplies. Not a big deal but the maid service could use some attention. Oh yes, they also cleaned the mirror over the vanity. However, that was not an improvement!!! LOL I didn't notice a problem before they cleaned it, but had to look around the smears afterwards. Hubby and I had a good chuckle about that.

All in all, would probably consider staying here again. Overall was a good place to stay.

This is in a good location not far from the first exit coming south from OKC. The hotel is clean with nicer rooms than most of the places in Ardmore. The staff, including the front desk were extremely welcoming.

I was disappointed that it wasn't a real suite. It had a small seating area, but the kitchenette was no different from any other hotel room I have stayed at, with a mini fridge and a coffee machine. Also, the TV is shared between the bed area and the seating area.

Breakfast if nice. I didn't like that they didn't keep the parking lot lit at night. It is just a matter of time until people start breaking into cars.

All in all, it is a good stay if you can get a better price than their advertised rate.

Wow! That is what I can say about the staff and service at this location. The staff worked hard to make us feel welcome and gave good directions too! Everyone, including housekeeping staff was friendly and was there to serve! The rooms are large and very comfortable. The bath room is slightly small and would be nice to up grade to a larger tub, but has a great kitchen and sitting area. Breakfast=yum!

The staff was all friendly, especially the one doing the breakfast (which was more than the normal hotel breakfast). The rooms were clean and very comfortable, typical Springhill layout. Great location if you're attending something at thier conference center. The only problem I encountered was the internet wasn't functional in my room and the person at the desk couldn't help with it.

We stayed here for several days to visit family in the area. I was impressed. I am usually a Hilton guy that likes to rack up the honors points. But Hilton does not have a decent hotel anywhere in this area. So I am racking up Marriott points now. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and pleasant. The breakfast area was kept clean by a staff member and they were helpful when feeding the kids. The choices were great and they had fresh fruit and oatmeal for the folks that like to eat healthy. We had no problems at all while staying here. Good experience at this hotel and I will return.

Room Tip: The hotel has easy highway access. Check out the on ramp and off ramp just to the north of the hotel along I-35 for easy access.
