While traveling this weekend we ate at a place we'd been by but never been there to eat. The Prairie Kitchen was full, and the parking lot was so full people had to park by the side of the highway. Even with it so busy the wait staff was on their toes. We no sooner sat down but the waitress was there to take our order, and in no time was back with our coffee, and soon after, our food. The biscuits were light and fluffy, as were the scrambled eggs, the hash browns were crispy, too. I have never had chicken fried steak for breakfast, but today's was great!! The breading was just right, and with the creamy gravy over the top, the steak was delicious. My husband's steak was cooked just right, and he was pleased with the rest of his breakfast, too.
We don't often get to Ada, but will remember this place, and eat here again. The prices are very reasonable, and the value of the meal exceptional.
