“Great addition to Avon”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

It is a jewel in Avon, OH. For only being over a year old, Miller Nature Preserve offers beautiful gardens, a butterfly house (July-early Sept), and the Conservatory. More to come.

“Exotic!”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

My garden club took a field trip to the Miller Conservatory this summer and we were astounded that something this exotic exited just 20 minutes away - we didn't have to drive all the way to Cleveland to find a place this beautiful. This small conservatory has an amazing variety of tropical plants, some so big and beautiful, they make you wish you'd brought your camera. And the price - just $2! Adjacent to the conservatory is a nice little cafe and a beautiful outdoor courtyard where you can bring a picnic or get take out from the cafe. I didn't get a chance to visit the nearby butterfly house, but I'll be going back some day soon. And I hear that they are planning to build trails through the park and focus on trees and flowering bushes.

“Beautiful even though not quite done”
Reviewed March 21, 2012

Our church had a Christmas Banquet there in Dec. 2011 and the food was fabulous and the surrounding just beautiful. A bit rustic, so that it wasn't too fancy. The gardens are going to be gorgeous when finished along with the Butterfly Garden.

“Outstanding Nature Preserve”
Reviewed January 16, 2012

This is a super special place that I would recommend for classrooms, families, adults & anyone else that would want to go here. They have a place to eat indoors, plants that you can walk thru to see all the beautiful flowers & plants they have then you can go outdoors & see all the animals that they have there. This is brand new area that someone donated his acreage to this facility. You would not be sorry for going there. You will want to go there more then once to see the animals outside when it is warm & the beautiful sceneries that they have. Not expensive at all to get in there either.
