We continue to enjoy dinners on the deck of the Crab's Claw during the warmer months. It is such a pleasure to enjoy their varied menu items while looking seaward or observing the boardwalk along the beach. Having frequented several other seafood restaurants in the coastal area and further inland, I believe that the Crab's Claw offers one of the best combinations of outdoor seating and interesting seafood items. Many entrees use local catch or are Caribbean-inspired, which allows the food to stand apart from the ho-hum standard of "breaded and fried". While the fare costs more than some other locales, using "half-price" gift certificates advertised by local radio stations makes the bill much easier to swallow! Be sure to make reservations on weekends and holidays. Try the "shark fin" desert for a sweet treat for two.
