Wonderful resort, however you get what you pay for. We had booked a deluxe room, which I guess was very small, so for a little more we upgraded to their front suite. There were 3 of these, all incredible beautiful, large balconys overlooking pool & ocean. Great restaurants & beach. Quite a formal hotel, which I liked. Easy to get to Bodrum, where we found lots of great restaurants all located down the end near the yacht club.

Room Tip: Unfortunately you really need to pay top dollar for a good room.

This is my second time in this hotel and find it very convenient for a good service, beautiful beach/sea, and a spa experience. Just the restaurant prices are respectively high but the quality is still good.

My wife and I spent 10 days at this hotel end september. It is a large property and well maintained. Due to contributers comments we booked a deluxe room which seemed to us had a large balcony overlooking the sea and open on three sides. We arrived very late at night and when we woke up the next morning we found that we had a ground floor room with a large patio and a poor view of the sea. Even worse on one side of the patio was a gable wall. We informed reception and without any fuss we were transfered to a room on a higher floor with the type of balcony we had expected. I think it is fair to say that this wall issue could affect a number of rooms so enquiring before reserving may be helpful.

We found the quality of the food was excellent. Apparently a lot of the ingredients are purchased from local farms and the fish is line caught and very fresh. We enquired about this as we found that so much of the food seemed to have great natural flavours. Breakfast is terrific with a large range in every food catagory. The fish in the restaurant tasted so fresh. The Saigon restaurant was also top class. Recommend the lamb. We would not hold the view that the food is overpriced taking into account the quality and hotel facilities.

The property is isolated. We went to Bodrum on two evenings. We tried for the best eating places for dinner but what we got was nothing great. No desire to return to Bodrum.. Incidentally there is a small public bus which calls at the hotel every half hour and the fare to Bodrum is 5 Lira each single. Due to the roads the journey of about 25 mns could hardly be improved on by a taxi.
At the other end of the scale there are two nearby restaurants which will collect hotel guests by car. They are extremely basic as is the food.

We prebooked a taxi on the web to transfer airport to hotel for 88 Lira. It was waiting for us on arrival as promised. We chose to arrange a local taxi for the return which concierge arranged at a cost of 120Lira. We had never travelled to Turkey before and were so pleasantly surprised at never feeling insecure.

We stayed here for 3 nights.

I'm guessing we had the smallest room in the place, cause we only paid $2o0/night from a AMEX rate sale. The room had a strange layout, with a useless balcony.
There was not top sheet on the bed.. just a comforter. The mattress was not that comfortable.

But the grounds, pools, beach, and spa of the hotel are all huge, so you frequently feel alone.
One of the best hotel gym's and spa's I've ever used.

The beach area was also huge with amazing views and tons of water activities at your service.
My favorite area was their waterside Dock lounge.

The food and morning breakfast was also very good.

Sadly, It's a little far from town ($40 cab ride), and the airport ($60 cab). Plus the hotel doesn't provide any type of shuttle service.

great room with stunning view. cleaning, room amenities, rich breakfast, every spot of the spa is from heaven, beach, pool side, restaurants all spots of the hotel are perfectly organized. excellent service with smiling faces..see u again guys
