Enjoyed my holiday here with my B.F in August very very hot weather, Lovely location not many brits!! which was a gd thing so was fab to see how the others lived, bar man and all dinner guyswhere great also manager and his wife, the man who kindly took our bags to our room at 2.30am was also very friednly, excellent service! throughtout! drinks tad expensive but hay ur on holiday! breakfast is turkish so salad and olives & eggs not adequate for us but it got us by. would reccomend shoes for sea as goin in an cumin out on rocks is very painful! Eat at vira's further along if not inclusive great food and Rakkas night club is fab they treat u like VIP! visit camel beach about 10 minute walk away and ride a camel! 10Lira unforgetable! all in all would defietly come here again as it was very relaxing! if u have been to any other part of turkey this is a whole different scene.

me and my partner have just come back from the acyela,2nd time and loved it.....we went a bit later this year which fell at the beginning of turkish summer holidays. so next year we will return beginning of june when it is more quiet. we still really enjoyed our holiday but prefer early june. the staff at hotel are really friendly and helpful ,hi zira aka captain...we never had a problem with hot water always hot, pool is lovely during the hot days, beach is nice but you defo need your beach shoes for getting in and out of the sea, brillant holiday, for the people that complain if you want 5 star pay five star.....

DO NOT GO THERE.
no hot water,
terrible service to any nationality except Turkish.
The owner knows he can fill the place with Turks in high season,
so he couldn't care less if any other nationality has a problem
with the lack of basic services.
We moved rooms three times over two weeks in search of hot
water, but didn't find any in any part of the hotel as its on a solar
system and once its gone, its gone and you wait for the next day.
The best thing about this hotel is the barman who works his socks
off to try and keep everyone happy, but he's battling up hill against
his greedy boss.
On a health and safety point, shower in first room broken and it
sprayed water straight up and onto a live hair dryer point which
was also broken and sparks flew across the room as i attempted
to shut off shower without frying myself........NOT GOOD.
I could add much, much more to this, but to be honest if Thomson
want to leave themselves open for a law suit thats up to them.
Do yourself a favour and stay well away from the place.

This is a lovely little hotel very close to all the restaurants & bars in ortakent & right next door to the bus station to bodrum. Lovely outdoor area by the pool & nice stretch of beach, though this us shingle not sand. Plenty of beds all the time. Food was average, we preferred jimmys zeferia restaurant right out of the back all the way down the end of the promenade. Lovely local food & cheaper than viras. Rooms were very clean & neatly decorated, not the tatty paper hanging off & wonky tiles u expect in lower star med hotels. Staff are friendly though they do tend to show more attention to their returning guests than to those who like to go out every night to try different places. Don't be put off by the parking area they drop you off in, looks run down but throughout the door of the hotel it's lovely & the back promenade area is where the time has been taken. Beds are very hard but having spoken to guests in other hotels this may just be a Turkey thing! All in all we enjoyed our stay here, would rate higher than 2 star & would recommend.

My spouse and I were the last to leave this Hotel as Skytours 2010 season has ended. We were not disappointed, and had such a great stay last year that we travelled from our home in Halifax, Canada to do it all over again. The staff and Owner could not have done enough to make our stay enjoyable. Most of those who we met were repeat visitors. That says alot. Lets keep it a well known secret so that others who have not stayed there won't be tempted to go. Looking for clean rooms great food and drink , this is the place to be.

just come back from staying at the acelya for 2 weeks fully relaxed and cant wait to go back next year, the staff are really friendly and very helpful cant fault them. the rooms are a bit small but you only sleep in them. The hotel is right on the beach. you also have a lovely pool. the only very small fault we had was the lack of variety in the food we had far to many tomatoes, example in 14 meals we had tomato soup 9 times and I hate tomatoes, but we still had a fantastic hoilday.
