“Mo and Aleahs review!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

Stayed here for 12 nights! Loved every minute of it. The staff were amazing especially Yousef, perfect location with brilliant night life! The hotel food was fabulous and really cheap to eat out! The beach was a 2 second walk and was realy nice! Met some great friends and had wicked nights out would love to go back! The weather was unreal, boiling every day!

The only negative comment would be that there was no spa within the hotel u had to use another hotels spa! But wasn't a major problem!

Overall great hotel and would defo recommend it!

Mo and Aleah aka volleyball champions!!

Me and my husband came here 13th June till the 21st June from start to finish we enjoyed every minute of our holiday, when we arrived it was 11pm in the evening but we were shown to our room and helped with our luggage. All the food was brilliant even though I'm a very fussy eater I did find things I liked , the presentation of the food is brilliant and the waiter staff can't do enough for u pull your chair out for You to sit down as soon as you've finished they take away any dirty plates or glasses the cleanliness you can't fault 1 bit , our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and heart shaped sheets on our bed. The evening entertainment was good Turkish night was the best!! Volleyball in the pool during the day with music is fun and gets everybody chatting. The bar staff were brilliant and work very hard for very little money me and my husband got on very well with Ramazan (Tartan) and big Erol they have alot fun when they work Yusuf the manager is very friendly and helpful also. The beach is about 70 metres from the hotel and is beautiful , shops are about a 5 minute walk and we would defiantly advise to do the boat trip it was £47 lira but all drinks and food included it takes you to 5 different stops have to say camel island is the best! we will defiantly be coming back here again thank you all at Royal Palm Beach for a lovely time! Xxx

This hotel is clean and friendly. Our rooms were cleaned each day and towels replaced. The air con is free and essential and there is a fridge in the room for your convenience. In terms of the room the only small grumble is that the doors in the hotel do tend to slam at night, and it would be fab if the owner could have rubber strips fitted to the doors to prevent this. However this did not detract from the hotel or holiday.

There is a fair range of different nationalities in this hotel all adding to a good atmosphere.
The food is healthy, lots of different salads, fresh fruit and each evening a selection of chef specials plus bbq meat or fish and to finish an array of approx 20 different yummy sweets. The waiters are all polite and helpful and will bring you drinks (or you can get your own). This hotel serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake/biscuits and an evening meal. This is not for those who like burgers and sausages and it does not have a snack bar. There is always something for everyone to enjoy though.

The only other small grumble I had was that the bar staff and Mr Animator (music man) were often pre-occupied with serving the young fit bikini clad girls and would often ignore the older ones, also you were usually only served half a glass of beer because it was v frothy, however I believe that the owner will sort this out v quickly. Dont let this put you off as it really is ok.

The evening entertainment was good albeit lasting only about half an hour or so, followed by some traditional turkish dancing by the guests! Ocean jewellers have evening entertainment and offer to sell you a raffle ticket, do not be afraid to buy, this is not a scam, just some free advertising for them, you may win a piece of jewellry and they will send a car for you to pick it up, there is no pressure for you to buy any more jewellry (I did and it was good value!) I won a free silver ring and it is very pretty. The guy who served us (Ersan Baysal)had excellent english and we had a real rapport.

One reviewer said that they did not go to the beach because they were not shown where it was, well it can't be missed it is just 100 metres from the hotel and is wonderful, certainly NOT disappointing! The water is clear, there are no nasties in the sea, it is safe for children and the sunbeds with grey cushions belong to the hotel and are free. Do not take any notice of the guy on the beach who wants to "reserve" your sunbed in exchange for you buying drinks from his bar. Just move the cloth and put down your towels! There is also a pier where there are big red cushions and umbrellas for that extra bit of luxury.

All in all we had a wonderful holiday, enjoyed the hotel, the beach, the entertainment, the banter with the hotel staff and the boat trip followed by a speed boat ride back to coconut beach - awesome!!

Would we go again? - yes without a doubt, it was a lovely holiday. A big thank you to everyone at Royal Palm Beach Hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view hotel room, the ones around the side are smaller, darker and not so nice.

This is a great hotel, fantastic location, and great food, clean and family friendly. The location of the hotel is truly amazing. Close to the beach where you can walk the whole stretch round to shops, restaurants and amazing nightlife. Water sports and boat trips are endless and I suggest you take a boat trip cost 19 pounds and you go to five stops and includes unlimited drinks and lunch on boat. Amazing. Bloke on there takes pics and we paid a tenner for a hundred and fifty wonderful pictures of me and my family. Amazing and well worth it.

Hotel is great very friendly reception staff and is clean and well managed. My only criticism is the waiters (in true Turk style) love anything bearing the flesh with a supermodel figure and tend to serve the young and beautiful before anyone else!! My other half got a bit annoyed as he ordered drinks and the waiter stopped filling his drinks, put them to one side and served the women before coming back to him!! Slightly annoying if you’re a bloke so send your missus to get the drinks!!!!! Waiters are nice but there was one grumpy one so approach with caution!!!

Otherwise i could not fault this hotel. The pool was gorgeous, plenty of sun loungers, clean, well-kept and managed. rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels and sheets. such lovely spacious rooms but poor lighting. bathroom is wonderful though. manager walks round and is interested to hear feedback too. the waiters do work hard in such hot conditions and are very efficient in taking plates away and providing you with cutlery. i thought the food was great. just enough choice and variety, gorgeous selection of fresh salad, and desserts. very well presented too. i could not fault the food. it was amazing and a bbq going on each night too.

We had an amazing time and as I said the location is perfect. Everything you want within close walking distance. Would definitely come back. (Hopefully when I’m a nice skinny model to get my drinks quicker!!)

Went with 2 friends at the end of May, beginning of June.

We arrived at the hotel at 1am after a 45min transfer. They greeted us with a sandwich and were very friendly!

The hotel was clean, cool and your rooms were cleaned and beds changed daily. Our room had 3 separate beds which was great! The 2 pools were lovely and cool with plenty of sun beds to go around.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. By the end of our week we had some good banta going. There was also a security guard at night who always made sure we were safe on returning back from a night out.

The food was great, lots of salad. BBQ most nights! Delicious fresh fish one night. The drinks were okay but limited. Entertainment was good but again limited, though they were putting on more for peak season. There was also a team who organised going out to town with a free mini bus.

The beach was mixed, some lovely parts and some not so good. We found the pier with pink cushions really good but you did have to buy a drink to use (just a soft drink) which we didn't mind.

I know a couple thought they had some money stolen from their in room safe but we used ours and all was fine.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a inexpensive 3 star place.
