Best family holiday we have had. Hotel spotless, service fantastic, excellent food, branded drinks and ice creams, nothing is too much trouble at hotel. Only negative if you want a Brit hotel this is not for you as majority of guests very nice Turkish people from Istanbul, the bonus of this is no drunken beer drinking Brits and no towel war for a sun bed, you can get a sun bed by the pool any time of day and we went In August.
Excellent holiday would def go back.

We stayed in Voyage Tükbüku at the end of May 2013.

We had a appartment outside the main building which was a very nice space for the two of us. Food, service and staff are very helpfull. Room was very clean, bathroom was perfect. The little terrace outside the room was definitely a plus.
The variety of food is enormous, local offer, european offer, to much to list in this review. We took advantage of the possibility to have a dinner in the turkish restaurant outside the main building and also there we had a great dinner. Had to dine quite quick but nevertheless we enjoyed.
I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff in the restaurant, since I'm a difficult person when it comes to coffee they seemed to know me good and always provided me with the good stuff (double espresso).
We had some luches at the pool side restaurant/bar (a la carte). Small offer, great taste and very good service!

Questions
Just never understood why we as Correndon customers had to wear a yellow braclet. Everyone else also had a all inclusive without having to wear a bracelet...

To be improved
We ordered one breakfast the day before a excursion at the lobby but they seemed to have lost the voucher so the breakfast needed to be arranged very quick...
The music at the pools side is to loud for us.
Organizing the staff around the main outside bar. Depending your location around the bar you'll be served very quick or very slow.

A very clean, slick, well run operation, food a very high standard, ice cream for the kids, top brands, Walls and Carte D'or we travelled with our 2 grand kids and their parents, kids loved the Aqua park which is where we spent most days. The village of Turkbuku is about a 15-20 walk away and well worth a visit but if you want to seriously shop then the 5 lire, 35 minute bus ride which stops at the Complex Security gate to Bodrum is what you should be looking at, to refer to my title the complex is mostly Turkish guests and as a consequence the standard and level of English spoken reflects that, and our really nice room which was one of furthest away from Reception area which is not really that far away suffers from a very, very steep incline although there are always porters (who can easily be
contacted from your room)shuttling up and down on golf-carts. The only real complaint from us were very unfavourable flight times from Glasgow but we knew that when booking, all and all the 6 of us had a great time.J

We stayed here for 4 days and it was the best hotel i have ever been.We came here with my family.First day altough it was said that we are going to have our rooms at 2 pm but they gave us at 3 pm i got a little bit angry because we were very tired because we were coming from 8 hour car trip from istanbul. But we were allowed to have a lunch while we were waiting for our rooms and it was good for us to wait because we had opportunity to walk around the beach and see the pool and hotel. It was a very big hotel and when they gave us our rooms i thought that we are going to walk so much but after that we recognized that there will be cars which can be called anytime of day and if you wait 2 minutes at the door of lobby you can use them to go to your room so you dont have to walk anywhere and food was great there were many kinds of different foods and there were 2 restaurants which serves fish and tradational turkish food called kebab. You can eat ice cream at beach anytime you want until 5pm and you can eat corn in cup in the same time with ice cream.Stuff was very lovely friendly and helpful i was staying alone so i went to my room alone and i was using the cars and all of the drivers talked with me to learn if i am happy with hotel or not.You could eat sandwiches if you were hungry at the night from lobby bar. There is not much to say about rooms because cleaning and comfort was very good.We tried to stay for 2 more days but the hotel was full.I can foretell that you will be very happy if you stay at this hotel and you would want to come back next summer.

We just came back from Voyage Turkbuku. It was the best Hotel we've ever been before. As we stepped out of the Bus we were greeted and our bags were brought in.One step inside the door, we received a warm welcome from the Staff.I have never felt such a friendly welcome at any Hotel anywhere. The Reception staff were all very friendly and Hospitality. The Reception Manager Mr Dursun gave us a room that we requested. The variety and the taste of the food in the main Restaurant and at the A'la Carte Restaurants was perfect. The Staff at the Restaurants and at the Bars were all brilliant.A special thanks to the Guest Relations Manager Meltem and her Team, they're all friendly, helpful and doing the're best to make the Guests happy. We had also the chance to meet the Hotel Manager Mr Asil,he is very kind and cares his Staff wich gave us a good impression. Beach is so beautiful and clean. The sea is so clear, that you can swim with fishes. On Friday and Saturdays at the Beach Bar there was a Band who played a variety of English and Turkish songs. The ambiance and the Staff is brilliant. We will definitely come back next year.Thank you Voyage Turkbuku Team, see you next year....

We just returned from Voyage Turkbuku which we booked from Thomson upon the recommendation of my sister in law in Turkey. We are originally from Turkey and live in London. We often go back to Turkey and therefore you would think that we should be immune to eating in Turkey.I in fact there are periods of the year I go very 3 weeks for business there and have never had any my tummy upset !Well that was not the case with Voyage Turkbuku. My wife got a diarrehea after the 2nd day which did not last until our return and had to stay in the room for most of the rest of the time.Me and our 19 months daughter was marginally better and managed to survive although our daughter stopped eating after the 3rd day after she got a light diarrahea.I did not get to the diarrehea stage but had my tummy upset although I tried to eat simple salads and grilled meat !

Clearly poor kitchen hygiene and cooking practices. The certification body for their Quality Systems needs to be audited as well !Being in Food business over 20 years I should have audited their HACCP system they claimed to have !

I would tend to agree with the comments of some of the reviews that the same food kept rotating every 3 days and all the starters in the cold buffet were the same everyday.Even a plain pasta that you would think should have cured my wife made her tummy worse !She recovered within the 2nd day from our arrival after eating the pasta made at our home !

To be fair on them they were very helpful on getting the medicines of my wife even at midnight 1 night !

Other than that the cleanliness of the rooms was good as opposed to some other reviews.

The rooms were rather small. We had a family suite which for us was the size of a standard room although the balcony was generous.

The room service was poor.It took us half an hour to convince the reception to send us a kettle with tea bags to cure my wife.In the end they sent us the kettle but could not source the tea bags. But to be fair they have exceptionally sent us a jug of tea with 1 waiter from the main restaurant.

Although the resort is built on a hill and access to the rooms is tiring if you leave on the 4th or the 5th level, the shuttle service between the reception and the rooms was very good. You could get a golf buggy to pick you from your room within the next few minutes after calling the reception

The sea was impeccable, but the beach was not child friendly as a result of the deck they built on the sandy beach which we never understood the reason for it.We would have preferred to have a direct access to the sea.

Overall pricey considering the quality of the food and poor activities !You could get much better value at this sort of price. We will for sure not come back as opposed to some of the reviewers !

We stayed at the Voyage Turkbuku for a week for our honeymoon. It was perfect, peaceful and the best all inclusive we have stayed at.

The choice of food and drinks was first class. When we arrived we had a dozen red roses and rose petals on our large double bed and wine and a fruit basket and robes and slippers as we were on honeymoon a lovely gesture.

The resort is hilly but they operate a 24 hour shuttle service direct to your villa. It is away from the resort centre of Bodrum but they operate an hourly bus service right out the entrance to the resort. This was the only negative thing I can say about the resort.

The staff were so friendly and attentative. They do expect to be tipped but as everything else is all inclusive that wasn't a problem. The cocktails are first class and have a lot to choose from.

If this is your first all inclusive holiday you will be absolutley thrilled - but not every all inclusive is like here - in fact this is the best all inclusive holiday I have ever been on.

I would defintely come back here and can't wait until we do!
