Great stay in May with my wife and another couple. food was great, a lot too choose from.
Staff very helpfull, some speak beter English than others but in general ok.
Location, was very peacefull, in a sort of private bay, no beach to speak of but plenty of sun beds to choose from.
Minus point, a lot of noise from accomodation left and right in high season.
And there is no where to go for a walk in the evening time after your meal!!!
Overall a great holiday and would recommend it but not in high season, price will to high for what you get.

Room Tip: Room just outside the reception area. Rooms on the begining of the steep climb to the exit gate.

Just arrived back from turbuku on 14.06.13. This is an excellent hotel with great accomadation, great service and good food. It is mainly a turkish orientated hotel with very few english guests present. However this does not retract you from having a very pleasent stay if you just want to chill. The entertainment is mainly focused on pleasing the turkish guests and very little for us brits. Although the first choice brochure identifies that certain imported beers are available this is not the case has only efes was available during our stay. Reading previous reviews it states that some of the hot food is cold, having experienced it this is true and could be improved upon. The best place to eat during the day is the pool bar, everything is cooked to order and is tasty and hot. The local town of turbuku is currently being developed and is very chic but also very expensive. May i just add that the lobby bar staff particularly Hazel and Usel were great and we had a great laugh with them and they were good sports.

On top of that their service was brilliant & perfect. Nursel & Gulfizocn were our room maids, whom dressed up our rooms with flowers, wine & fruit. They made us feel very special, and done there jobs to perfection. Faith Altin, Murat and crew, in the sauna & Massage parla, were very helpful. They were level of service was perfect & very proffessional.Mehmet & Tolga (Long Hair), plus Managers in Fish restaurant & Kebappa were of high customer service, and made sure our holiday was enjoyable. The whole staff at this Hotel, were all happy, polite, well presented, and most of all always offering there kindness. Food & Drink, & Jetty were of high standered.I want to go back there as soon as possible.Take a Voyage there and you will not be dissappointed. From Brian & Lorraine London Hackney

this a beautiful resort.the rooms are quite basic but very comfortable and very clean, the mini bar with soft drinks and beers is very welcome.it is the perfect chilling break if that is what you are looking for.the food is good but maybe a little limited.the staff are excellent particularly Meltum the guest relations lady.nothing is to much trouble. on our first day we asked to upgrade to a balcony room and the excellent thomson rep Rebekah was most helpful with this we got a beautiful room with lovely views over the resort and out to sea.i was unfortunately taken ill for a few days while on holiday and i cannot thank the staff enough especially Meltum .

First time in turkey what a delight ha mind the pun, weather amazing hotel is brilliant very very clean, the service is great they are all so nice and welcoming the food is ok the buffet a tad bland but its a buffet so you won't get amazing food but there is plenty of fresh salads, cheeses, fruits etc...the fish a la carte is tremendous get soooo much food all fresh would cost a small fortune in England for a meal like that. The patisserie is great all sorts of cakes and biscuits ice creams you won't go Hungary, the all inclusive drinks are brilliant Jack Daniels, Smirnoff, becks all sorts, cocktails are good but a bit sweet after a while. The jetty sun loungers are brilliant so comfortable the swimming pool is great good water slides, the gym is woeful but who cares as its a holiday. Book this place up for a relaxing holiday :0)

What a great hotel! I've been lucky enough to sample 5star hotels all over Asia, and this is an equal, in many cases better.

The food in the main restaurant was excellent, huge choice, well presented and fine quality, especially the omelettes and crepes at breakfast.

The bar area was a superb setting by day for a chillax, or by night for simple but effective musical entertainment, which was varied and good quality.

The rooms came in individually set blocks of two or three, its a bit hilly, but don't be put off as there s a constant golf buggy service to cart you around where ever you want to go. My mother inlaw who requires a walking stick, found it marvellous. The rooms are minimalist, but roomy, well appointed and comfortable. I usually don't like minimalist, but again they had achieved a nice balance and it was lovely.

The beech is man made, but it borders a sheltered cove which provides nice wave free swimming, mostly like a millpond, superb jetty with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is situated quite a distance away up the hill in the resort, has a lively atmosphere (perhaps a little too much banging music) but fine for the kids with water slides etc. My boys especially enjoyed the organised football in the AstroTurf court every 5pm.

But ... It is the staff that really make this place. Really, really pleasant, attentive, and fantastic with the kids and adults alike. Throughout the hotel from the reception through to the restaurant to the bar to the maids - all were first class.

Bearing in mind we had a family group comprising of two couples, two small babies, two single adult men and two boys aged 10 and 7, plus a 60 year old woman, so quite a mixed bunch, each and everyone of us thought it was great - demonstrating, what ever your needs this place has it all.

Just got back from my stay here last night, must say it was absolutely great, the staff are really nice, the food is fantastic a lot of vegetarian options also, definately coming back next year! Rooms are immaculate also, and the beer there tastes amazing! Not a huge resort so there isnt too much walking to do either, which is nice.
