If you want genuine Turkish food this is the place for you. They have the best selection of mezes in Bitez and all the ones we tried were delicious. The kitchen is at the back and the mezes are displayed in a chiller cabinet just in front. The waiter is happy to explain what they all are and you chose the ones you want. The kebabs are on display too so again you select what you fancy. The lamb is fantastic, although the portion size for the chops was a bit small. Turkish food places a lot of emphasis on seasonal products, so its worth seeing what the locals are eating - honeydew melon was the flavour of the day when we were there (Ocotber 2012). Its always packed with locals so the atmosphere is great! They all love to tuck into their little bottles of raki with water and ice, but I can vouch for the Efes too!
I urge you to try this place, the food is the best you'll have in Bitez. Its located next to the Rakiniti, behind the mosque and a couple of doors away from the Pedesa supermarket (also great). The barber opposite does a great haircut - well he did on my husband at any rate!
