Walking down the shoppingstreets in Bodrum I would never have guessed that what looked like a tiny shop selling icecream was a fact a very good sweets restaurant.
Entering the restaurant we passed displays full of cakes and baklava. Out the back there was a lovely large terrace by the water. We sat under the canopy and enjoyed the cool seabreeze and view of the castle and boats.
The menu wasn't a simple card - it was a full colour hardback book!
I had a tiramisu inspired cake - chocolate cake drenched in coffee flavoured syrup, with layers of cream inbetween. BF had some very good pistachio baklava with Kesme icecream, which was slices of a delicious, silky textured icecream that you eat with a knife and fork! That icecream alone makes a visit worthwhile!
Prices: 9,50 TL for a very large piece of cake or baklava, 2,50 TL per scoop or slice of icecream.
Service was very good - friendly and without any hassle.
Definitely worth it. I can't wait to go back!
