My boyfriend and I just spent 10days at the resort and we are already planning on going back next year. Getting to Bodrum was a pain in the backside our flight was delayed and we didnt arrive till 11pm! however we got there and fell in love with the place. the bell boys were EAGER to help with our bags. Checking in was quick and simple and we got shown to our rooms straight away. The room itself was lovely. We stayed in one of the club rooms. It was more of an apartment, a living room, shower room, toilet and a bedroom. we even had a lovely big balcony. Some of the club rooms are just a room with an en suite bathroom we were lucky enough to get one of the big ones. This may be because we booked the holiday at least 8 months in advance, so don't expect to get exactly what you request for if you don't book well in advance as the resort does get fully booked. The service is very good. The staff are friendly and try to be as helpful as they can be. The housekeeping staff provide fresh towels and linen everyday and clean the room everyday. The resort provides enough entertainment for everyone. Everyday there are pool games for all ages, and several other games going on such as darts, beach volley ball, tennis, football and archery. The animation team do not pester you to join in the games it is completely up to you. There is also daily evening entertainment at the amphitheatre and the open air disco. They also provide a mini disco for the kids. The main restaurant is absolutely lovely, for those staying for longer that 7 days I would advise you to eat out a few nights just to prevent boredom. however there is still plenty of food to "mix and match". We went to the Italian restaurant on site that was extremely lovely. I highly recommend you also book a night in there. If it doesn't tickle you fancy you can also go and get something from the main restaurant. but you cant complain if the meal is free lol. Also there are snack bars around the pools that provide burgers, chips, chicken nuggets and salads. Getting into Bodrum city centre from the resort is very cheap as there is a bus (number 2) that stops right out side of the resort. You wont ever get lost either as the resort is the last stop and the city centre is the last stop. Whilst in the city centre I also recommend you have some kebabs! I have rambled on for too long, but the resort is lovely and suitable for all ages and all types of holidays. However there are a lot of steps around the resort so be warned, although there are slopes and lifts for buggies/wheel chairs!! We will definitely be going back!! :)

Room Tip: Book well in advance if you decide you want to stay in one of the club rooms or would prefer a high...

This is a nice friendly hotel, but there is a snag! Make sure you are given the room that you've paid for. On arrival, they tried to send us to the far side of the hotel's grounds to a so called club room. We actually had to stay there in the end for 3 nights before we were put in the main hotel - what we'd paid for in the first place (we had it written in reservation details). Because of this, our rep Chris at Thomas Cook paid us compensation, but it did eat into our holiday. Chris was brilliant though and very helpful. The Mini disco was great for our son, although some of the entertainment after wasn't so great. If you get the chance while your here, go on a ferry to Kos in Greece - it's a great day out for about £11 each and the seafood is excellant over there.
Apart from that, the hotel is a nice setting, no real beach though and the AquaPark is good.
Beware the cocktails - abit chemically enhanced I think!!!

Room Tip: Stay in the hotel - far less flying cocroches!

the hotel is a lovely place but when we got to the room the electrics and cleanliness was not to standard of some 1 first arriving but the staff was very helpful and falling over themselves to sort the very few problems we had. the beds are comfortable, and for the time of year alot of people about as you would have thought it would have been cooler weather but no the place was heaving. the staff are very friendly we will be returning in the future.

Room Tip: we had an apartment for 5 across from hotel and quite,. there is a bus service every 10 minutes to...

Just spent 2 weeks there and had the best time! Really relaxing and all staff made us feel really welcome, especially Musa the bar captain he was really nice and made the best drinks! He works so hard and really long hours but always up for a laugh and make you feel welcome! Look out for him at the lobby bar and open air disco!

We arrvied here on the 4 June 2012 for 7 nights with our family of 5. We have stayed at lots of resorts in the past, this one was very good.

It has 6 swimming pools, 2 of which are for very small children, perfect for the little ones. The restaurant was huge, we didn't have any problems ever getting a seat.

Most of the staff are very helpful, some of the waiters are a bit rude. A little retraining would not go a miss.

The on site photographers are very good, being a photographer myself and knowing it can be a difficult job, I found them to be very professional.

The hotel porters are very good, as well as the chambermaids, always had nice clean towels and room, every day.

The hotel itself is about a 10 minute bus journey away from Bordum it's self, this only cost £1.00 each way per person.

Bodrum town is excellent for shopping for bargins, the locals where a good laugh.

The weather was perfect, never had a cloud in the sky, sun beds had to be got early in the morning with your towel, normal for this type of hotel.

There was loads of snack bars and food all day long.

The parasailing is a must at £30.00 per person down on the sea front.

The rooms we had was huge, we are a family of 5, we had a massive room for the kids and a massive room for us with interconnecting door.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back, and I am very fussy!

just returned from a week all inclusive had a fantastic time. We arrived at night and next morning awoke to a fabulous view from our balcony. there is a lot of steps but there are also lifts and slopes for buggys and whellchairs etc. The animation team of about 12 people kept everyone entertained with their dance routines by the main pool but they arent pushy and dont pester you to play games. The staff are very polite and a special thank you to waiter muhammet Gelik who looked after us in the main restaurant. we tried the a la cart italian restaurant 'Olive' which was very nice and free to use once during our stay. The gardens were very well kept with lots of flowers and with a full time poolboy the area was always clean and tidy. Our maid kept our room very nice and on the last day left us some flower petal hearts on our beds, some of the furniture was a bit dated but clean. The location from town was just right and we had the best hotel when dropping everyone off. The markets are very busy on tuesdays and they do pester you to buy but there is some good bargains to be had. we didnt try the daily evening shows but there was live music on the the cafe turk. only bad thing was we were cold at night in our rooms with the air conditioning on not enough covers

We went in a group of 9 aging from 45-8 months old and we all had a geat time. The rooms were more than spacious and were very modern. The resort is massive and does have a lot of guests but there are so many pools/eating areas/activities you never feel overcrowded. The range of food in the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner is truely impressive (beware you will eat loads) and deoes chnage slightly each day so ou dont get bored. There is also a kebab restaurant which was excellent and you could get burgers and chips if needed down by the sea. The staff were all excellent, polite and more than helpfull except for Marco who constantly tried selling us massages in the spa and told my wife that she would be raped if she went to one of the traditional turkish baths in bodrum. Other than that i couldn't fault the hotel and would recomend it to anyone
