“Great attraction.”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

For about 20 lira each you can spend an excellent few hours here. There are not only beautiful gardens inside, but also wonderful exhibits of underwater salvage. The views are wonderful from the ramparts, but the only real let down is that you can't climb to the top of any of the towers. Just a minor detail, but still very worthwhile. I would recommend taking plenty of cold drinks and a snack or two to enjoy in the gardens.

“Very interesting”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

If interested in history this place has some great exhibits and at 20 Turkish Lira not a bad price. The only fault if you have young children in prams or people who have walking problems (not wheelchair friendly) it can be hard work.

“Lots of stairs”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

Very interesting museum, great views but plenty of big steps. Exhibits close for lunch at 12-1 and the castle itself was closed on Monday
