A very central location, but set back down a small lane making it very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful, breakfast and wireless were included, rooms are nothing terribly fancy, but nice clean rooms.

We arrived by car and had to hire a taxi to take us to this hotel as it is very hard to find and the street right in front of the hotel does not accommodate cars. Our room was very small, but modern with space to put our luggage. Our friends also had the same size room so a previous post that said the rooms are spacious has me baffled. The bathroom was nice, however the shower was extremely small. We enjoyed having a fridge in our room and enjoyed the pool during the hot weather. Breakfast was simply, but adequate.

After reading the reviews on tripadvisor and glancing at the hotel photos, I knew this place would be great. Before arriving at the hotel, one of the staff members was kind enough to email me with directions including a map showing the location of the hotel. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the city center bus station. The narrow alley ways are charming as there is room for motorbikes and pedestrians only.
The hotel is darling and it has a modern, simple feel to it which is much appreciated. The continental breakfast is delicious and fresh. The bed is comfortable and the staff members are helpful and cordial. I loved hearing a rooster at dawn and from afar hearing the call of prayer. The hotel cat named Asmin lingers at times near the entrance, in the lobby, and by the bar area. Asmin is very loving and apparently understands Turkish.

Hotel Asmin in Bodrum is an excellent choice for a getaway in Bodrum. The hotel can be a little difficult to find but its less than 10 mins walk from the bus station, marina, main shopping street and all the restaurants.

The hotel staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were clean, the breakfast had a decent variety. The poolside bar is a good place to sit and relax.

Asmin hotel is a modern, clean hotel whose rating is only dragged down by a couple of (admittedly minor) things. On the good side, it's a great-looking hotel from the inner courtyard, and has a lovely pool which all the rooms look over. I'd get an upper floor room myself, just for the extra privacy. Rooftop access is also provided, which offers a nice view of the city, including the castle. Breakfast was pleasant as well, though we found the bar in the evenings to be haphazardly-staffed.

The location is a double-edged sword. On the "pro" side, it's centrally-located, and the boardwalk is all of two blocks away, with the Mausoleum only marginally further. There is also an amazing little alleyway on the left about halfway between the hotel and the boardwalk which has an abundance of nice fish restaurants. Asmin is down an alleyway that's down another alleyway, which makes the location nice and quiet with minimal street traffic, but on the "con" side, we found the hotel difficult to find. Due to this alleyway location, if you're coming with a car, Asmin doesn't really have parking, or, frankly, anywhere to put your car while you unload. They do lease space at what can generously be called a "parking lot" nearby, but it's far from convenient.

This brings us to another point of criticism: we found the staff to be a little... weird. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a member of the staff who seemed entirely bewildered that I had brought a rental car, and frankly wanted nothing to do with it. I'm not prissy enough that I usually require valet parking, but the only directions he could give me to the lot was "drive kind of over there and park it behind a building," so I asked him to park the car for fear of parking it in the wrong place. Much hemming-and-hawing followed, with him finally agreeing to take the car. Upon checkout, however, the staff member who took our payment was not at all interested in actually retrieving the car for me, and offered directions that consisted of "turn left somewhere and then turn left again." I should have insisted that he get the car, because it turns out their parking lot is a dirt field between some houses, with no obvious person to talk to nor way of getting your damn keys. 30 minutes of frustrated wandering around later, I stumbled across a random person sitting on a curb - apparently the lot owner - who retrieved my keys and off we went. Weird. Long story short, this isn't a very car-friendly hotel.

Would I stay here again? Probably. It's reasonably-priced, in a nice location, and has a decent breakfast. Other than the car fiasco, we had nothing to complain about, and being walking distance to the core of Bodrum is lovely indeed.

A quite, nice and clean small hotel in the shopping streets of Bodrum. Very good location, very close to shops, restaurants and marina downtown. 2mins walk to the Main Marina square. Rooms are very quite and soundproof. Clean rooms and all rooms have the swimming pool view. Breakfast is good not Turkish though. They have a serve yourself free coffee/tea all day which was nice. The pool is clean and has a small kids pool.

Room Tip: The Triple Room was very big and soundproof so we could sleep quietly even though it was on the grou...
