i just stayed at this hotel for only 1 night. and move to the near hotel. the rooms and total hotel are difference from the pictures shown. the breakfast is very Simple and not Good. the English speaking skills of staffs were weak. the only positive item for this hotel is that near some embassies.

I stayed 2 night at this property.it's pretty close to a chunk of embassies and great access to atakule and cinnah caddesi.
rooms were clean, breakfast very simple and repetetive. personnel were rude.
just it located very close to important embassies nearby.
one of receptionist nemed dilara was helpful and could speak english very well .i hope the managers of this hotel improve her rank becouse she was so specialist in her job and very polite with passengers in contrast of plenty of this hotel's personnels.
finally it worth the prices you pay .

Room Tip: rooms in the front sides are so cold in fall and winter

The quality of rooms in comparison with the money you pay, is really low. Far from the city centre. The water is cold when you want to take a shower, and the bath tub sooooo dirty! Lobby is so dark and everything dirty.
The only point of this hotel is its staff. They are helpful.
The photos on Hotel's Internet site is really different from what you see in reality. I was so surprised when reached to Hotel and again when opened the door of room! Really different.

This hotel is located in the Embassy district and is in a quiet location away from the noise of the city centre, but close enough to give easy access to the centre a 15 minute walk or a quick taxi ride away. We have used this hotel three times now in the last year as it is near the place we need to visit. The rooms are comfortable and the cost is reasonable. The staff were helpful. However, the service is very, very poor.
A) Room service; if you order tea it can be cool by the time you get it and they do not seem very keen on bringing you a pot of tea.
B) Evening meal: if you eat in you may have to wait 10 minutes even to be given a menu, If you order before hand from your room you will still have a wait to be served.
C) Breakfast is very good and self service.
