It is the worst hotel I stayed during my Turkey trip. The single room has no window, very small while the toilet occupy almost half of the room space. It is very strange design. It is very noisy as there are transom windows to the corridor, and it is insecure with such transom windows.

The staff is not friendly, never smile. I haven't stayed for the night as feeling uncomfortable, and I moved to other place.

I have stayed in this hotel 4 or 5 times over a 2 year period. It is cheap, and as such probably represents value for money. The rooms are a fair size, and quite clean. Some of the ensuite bathrooms have a sit down (rather than squat) toilet. Breakfast wasn't bad, if a little basic. I didn't try their evening meal as their is a 1st class restaurant just outside the hotel, if not a couple.
Wifi was intermittant when the reception staff could be bothered to re-set it.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a window, There are some rooms that are entirely internal, and they can get ext...

Old hotel, looks like it is lost in a time warp of the 1980's and never been modernised. Air conditioning consits of a wall unit that is basically a small fan. Staff like to shrug their shoulders a lot and will avoid doing anything to be helpful. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend this hotel.

If you are planning to book an economic room in this hotel it's a terrible idea. The room has NO air conditioning and NO WINDOW to outside. So the room is pretty dark and hot. You cannot sleep there at nights. If you ask for upgrade to standard room, the receptionist will ask you for 20 more Turkish Lira (approximately, 15$). I haven't seen their standard rooms, but the economy room definitely doesn't worth it. Although, the breakfast was acceptable and that's why I rate it 2.

The location is really good, it is in Kizilay area and very close to shopping centers, to Italian, German embassies, bus stations, metro. The stuff does not speak English but whatever they understand they help you with that a lot . Breakfast was also very good but as regards economic rooms i would not really recommend to anyone, it is kind of dirty, toilet and bath is AWFUL and the one i stayed had no window and was hot as in hell. considering all advantages and disadvantages i would not recommend it to a person who likes comfy atmosphere but ones who do not care and want just to have a space to live is perfect:))

OMG this was the worst hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. We booked it as a 4 star hotel but let me reassure you even 1 star is too much for this piece of [--]. it is like the motels you see in horror movies!!! My fiance and I were shocked when we saw the entrance. There is no such thing as a lobby. the elevator was broken. No one could speak English. The receptionist was also the janitor and couldn't speak or understand 1 word in English. You could not make any international call from the hotel and we wondered for 2 hours in a cold snowy day to find a place to make an international call back home (to the travel agency because we wanted to change the hotel immediately). the rooms were dirty. some rooms had no window. There was no shampoo, body wash or conditioner in the shower. There was no towel either and the house keeping spoke no English! Since it was Sunday we couldnt contact our agency to change the hotel so we ended up spending the first night there. Drunk people were screaming all night behind our door and we were terrified!!! Long story short, I ended up spending 400 dollars for using the roaming system on my phone to call my travel agency back home and spent another 800 dollars to upgrade the hotel to Dedeman hotel. I fotgot to mention that the breakfast was really bad also and they served 2 days old left over fries for breakfast!!!!!

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

First room - No windows, no door to the toilet, stains on bed, couldn't turn the heating down so it was roasting hot, mold all over the shower.

Second room - Dirty nets on window (grey brown), stained curtains, roaches in bathroom and bedroom, rug in the room had food stuck in it, smelt of damp and wall next to the bed had dry root.

Restaurant - no cereal in the morning, food poor quality. Decided I'll have a coffee in the morning rather than food!

Maybe cheap, but throughly uncheerful....moved out after a couple of nights

Cheap, but not very cheerful
