I was looking for a nearby hotel where we can stay while home repairs are done. Cleanliness and economy were my foremost considerations. Since the hotel had newly opened, I expected the hotel to be clean. I opted to check the rooms and prices first before reserving. The hotel exceeded my expectations. On our actual stay, I found very courteous and helpful staff members. Checking in and out was a breeze. Our room and the bath were very clean and smelled great. Our two nights stay was worth it, all things considered.

This is a basic hotel. There are no extra amenities. Towels are changed daily. Shampoo and soap are given free upon check in. We were given free wifi access during our 2 nights there. I think they are charging wifi. Convenience store is at the next building. Public transport readily available. The hotel would work fine for those who needed a place to stay for sleep/rest.

The room is small sized with just enough space to move about. What you see in rooms: twin rooms offer two single beds, night lamps, mirrors around, hanging space for clothes, hair blower, folding table for eating or laptop. Hot and cold water available. No smoking on all areas. Fine for smoking is P2000, this will be taken up at check in. Basic items sold at the lobby.

Pros: Location, public transport, very clean rooms with basic amenities, helpful staff.

Cons: No room ref, phone, closets. No hotel resto.

We stayed at this hotel because it was down the street from a wedding venue that we attended a reception at. Expectations were not high because of the low price, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were modern and very clean.

The bed was a nice size and comfortable. Along with a large stand up shower and Wifi Keys. The rooms are small and limited closet space (as you have just a corner bar to hang things on) but if you are looking for a place to crash instead of stay in all day while you roam the city, this a great place.

Note there is no pool or restaurant, but the location is great to city life and near by restaurants.

Stayed here for a couple nights for business in the area. Very clean, very new, very modern place with typical friendly Filipino staff. After checkin, they give you a bag with your towels and TV remote to take with you to the room. My room faced the street, but was high enough that noise was not a problem. Lots of restaurants in the area, some better than others so take a look before you choose.

The rate was excellent for the value received. Would recommend this to someone needing lodging in this area of Metro Manila.

I stayed here middle march for 4 nights. I would say the hotel is nicely located. Restaurants, cafes, entertainments, easy access to transportation (either taxi or jeep) few minutes walk to mrt and close proximity by taxi to greenhills. The hotel is actually located between Tomas Morato st. and EDSA, not what indicated on the map (between Quezon ave. and Tomas Morato st.). Staff here are friendly and the property is very clean.

A couple of turn offs. The whole bathroom floor gets easily wet whenever you take a shower. And there are instances that even if you don't use the bathroom, the floor still gets wet and I did not bother to find out where the water comes from. Another is the issue with the towels, make sure that whenever they clean your room check that they replaced all your towels correctly even the bath mat. If you checked in with two or more towels, make sure that they replace the same number of towels whenever they clean your room. Otherwise, when you check out they will charge you the "missing" towel.

Other than that, all are fine. Although, I would not recommend this to families with kids. The hotel is great for business travelers and back pack tourists.

My friend and I stayed here because it's close to where our friends live in Manila. However, if I had a choice, I would rather stay in Pasay or Makati area. The traffic is just horrible. We went from the hotel, which is in Quezon City to Las Piñas, a 45min drive with no traffic, took us 4 hours. Going to Makati and Mall of Asia from the hotel took over 2 hours. I would not advice staying in Quezon City unless you have something going on there.
Other than the traffic mess, the hotel is in great condition. Pretty new and everything works. We got there at 11am and check in was at 3, i think.. I ended up paying an extra P300 for the early check in which is no big deal. The room itself was a little over P800/night ($20) but after I added the following: A/C, Cable TV, Wi-Fi... It came out to $35/night.. Still pretty cheap. The staff are friendly, room, bathroom's clean. There's a quickstop mini mart next door in case you need something. Bars, ktv, restaurants are on the same street ( Timog Ave ) The hotel in general is great for the price.

Room Tip: Our room was on the 8th floor facing north. No problem with noise whatsoever.

this is a great budget hotel. nice and clean rooms. friendly staff (even negotiated a taxi for us). convenience store just beside the bldg., coffee shop nearby. jeepneys right in front of the hotel, very accessible to mrt station. stuffs at front office are sold at a cheap price.

everything is great except for one thing, they have an early check out time at 11:00AM. they dont accept early check in (even with prior reservations) for free...that would cost you 300php. but the good thing is they have a nice lobby to stay for the meantime.

will difinitely go back there for all my trips to quezon city.

Room Tip: every roomis good enough for a good night's stay

The hotel is fairly new having been open for four to six months only. There is limited parking space in front but for a certain fee, you can park indoors. Either way, it's safe!

Reception is standard but very friendly at whatever time of the day. They will always greet you with a smile. I got a package for six nights inclusive of airconditioning, wifi & toiletries. Just to make it clear, there are additional charges for the airconditioning, wifi & toiletries. These shall be billed per day & can be divided by 12 hours or by 24 hours (A/C & wifi). Get what I mean? Also, they sell very ordinary food to kill the munchies. Meals are also available behind. I never tried it though.

Security-wise, it's pretty standard as well. A key card is needed to get the lift running & the same one for the room. I got a standard room & it's pretty decent. It's clean, spacious, has a nice view of the city despite the fact it does not have a closet nor a mini fridge. Only side tables & a small foldable dining table. Airconditioning is superb. Wifi, out of a ten, I'd give it an eight. There's some buffering when trying to watch videos but other than that, no problems. Toilet is clean. Heater takes a bit of a jump start of work but, nonetheless, not a hassle. The room does not have its own phone but there is one outside for each floor located next to the lifts.

Transportation is not a problem. The enabled security downstairs will help you flag a cab which are heaps. You may also walk to nearby restaurants or pubs which are a lot within the area. It is 15 to 20 minutes away (Depending on the traffic) from three popular huge malls.

I'd definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Request for a higher floor with a wonderful view of the city
