I booked this place for my parents-in-law for a short stay in November 2103. The unit is on the 8th floor of the building. It is located in the heart of Eastwood City. Dining is not a problem since the mall is just on the ground level and other restaurants across the street are within walking distance. There is a 24-hour McDonald's that is walking distance so one can can breakfast there. There's a Robinson's grocery store within reach, and a 24-hour Mini-Stop Convenience store as well.
The unit itself is clean, as well as the bathroom. There is a small living area which can be used to receive guests. The caretaker/manager was nice to leave some coffee/creamer/sugar in the kitchen. On the last two days of my in-laws' stay, the A/C unit became noisy, and they had to report it the the manager of the unit. She said they had to pull it out so I guess, hopefully, by this time the problem has been resolved. There's no WiFi, but there's a 24-hour internet cafe across the street. There's no landline either. There used to be used be one, they said, but previous guests used it for DDD calls and didn't pay for them. I think a landline and WiFi would still be an added treat. DDD calls can be blocked by the owner anyway. Even operator-assisted calls can be deducted from the deposit, if used. (Just a suggestion).
Overall, this condo unit is a nice place to stay at. Very conveniently located.
