“Delicious and Filling”
Reviewed June 28, 2013

The quality of the food was definitely excellent. There was also a good spread of both cooked and non cooked items, with different cuts of meats and vegetables in different marinades or condiments. It was really smokeless so no chance of getting stuff in your eyes or suffocating.

Dessert spread wasn't so good, but their main focus was the non cooked items so I didn't really mind. Just wished they had names on the food items so I could tell which was which when I got back for more!

Staff was pleasant, and they were organized in seating customers.

“Great spread!”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

The buffet selections were impressive. Particularly, the chawan mushi, tofu steak and beef wrapped shinoki mushrooms were well done. Go hungry and you will be satisfied!

“Japanese and Korean are not my type”
Reviewed June 10, 2013 via mobile

Yes Japanese and Korean cuisine are not my type but I still give a shot for Sambo Kojin.

Staff: Friendly and they are giving complementary for birthday celebrants

Branch: Edsa which I think bigger than any other.

Food: Not quite food selection

Smokeless grill: It is real smokeless

“Smokeless Grill”
Reviewed May 7, 2013 via mobile

I really love grilled food so I was happy to try Sambo Kojin. They have quite a variety of marinated meats and food to choose from. Could have been better if a short description of the choices were provided since most labels just uses their japanese or korean name so if you're not too familiar you end up guessing which food you like. The maki and sushi bar was fine also but I was expecting more. There were a number of desserts available too but they're not much appealing to me. Same old cakes and sweets you normally see in buffets. Reserve seats before gping there. It gets packed at times.

“i gained 5lbs”
Reviewed May 6, 2013 via mobile

it is a japanese buffet resto. thus expect sushis and more sushis. raw foods are to be selected and cooked in your table. good thing it is a smokeless grill. you don't need to smell just like your food.

some foods are already cooked. while soups are to be ordered and they will serve it after they've prepared it.

will definitely come back. i haven't tasted their desserts because im already full and bursting with calories .
