I stayed here for 8 nights as part of a business trip. The hotel was lovely - the foyer is quite spectacular. The rooms were well decorated and clean plus the bed was comfortable.

The Internet was a bit hit and miss and mobile phone reception dies above the 6th floor.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good although there was a lot of local cuisine which I love to eat - just not for breakfast! A bit too rich first thing in the day.

It is centrally located in eastwood which is a little party town in the middle of chaotic Manila. I love this area so much my family and I recently moved here from Australia! We now live in an apartment in Eastwood

Room Tip: If phone connection while in your room is important go for a room below 6th floor - reception above...

The Richmonde is a step down if you're used to 5 star business hotels but the service is genuine and the rooms have everything you need. The main downside is needing the room key to supply power to the room - this meant the bedside and clock and alarm needing re-setting each day due to the power being off while I was at work. The air conditioner also seemed to only offer two speeds - gale force and off. These were minor annoyances though and my 2 week stay was very comfortable. The Eastwood Cafe offers a good breakfast selection; the a la carte menu in the evenings is a little limited. However, given the location of the hotel this isn't an issue if you're happy to eat out. Eastwood is a vibrant shopping and restaurant area where you're spoiled for choice for places to eat and the hotel is located right in the centre of it all. You have dozens of restaurant choices, of all cuisines, a stones throw from the front door and the very modern Eastwood Mall which is located just next door. All in all I would happily stay here again ... who needs to commute 1.5 hours each way every day from Makati just to stay in a more posh hotel!?

Room Tip: Maybe ask for a room not next door to wedding parties or families if travelling on business and need...

Great location, connected to a nice mall
Friendly and enthusiastic staff
Great buffet breakfast with eggs made to perfection
Nice big comfortable rooms
Cheap Internet access everywhere in the hotel
Great value for money
Surely become the hotel for me in Manila, as long as my work is around Quezon City.

I stayed at the hotel for five nights and the room itself and the service of the staff was excellent. The location of the hotel is very good as there are lots of places to eat nearby. I had no issues with the room so there nothing worth mentioning in that respect. The staff were very polite and very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it. Best wishes.

Large, freiendly hotel attached to a large shopping mall and near to local facilities in central Manila. The down side for me (and upside for many) is that when you go out of the hotel, you wouldnt believe you were in manila, its TGIF, the Kentucky, the Maccie D's - all American fast food restuarants and bars

Room Tip: Ask for high floor so you get a better view, all rooms are very spacious

The room was actually quite nice, not outdated at all. Bathroom has seen better times, and the airco was very loud. Hallways are stifling hot. Breakfast was included and there was a lot of selection. Staff was extremely friendly.
