I first got hooked upon learning it was a resto of Margarita Fores, one of the premier cooks of the city. After that, the taste, the presentation and the wait staff keep me coming back.
The store location/s is (were) ideal with Araneta Center at the crossroads of the metro (the Greenbelt outlet unfortunately closed years back).
The menu introduced me to treats like shredded pork adobo, milkfish pate and homemade chips. Quality has somewhat slipped in the years since my first visit but not significantly enough to deter regular patronage. And serving sizes have shrunk, at least 30% for the Ceasar salad
The wait staff (especially Eric) are the other gems of the resto. They are all knowledgeable and warm.
