I got an accident last November 29, 2012 when I attended the birthday party of my friend. I fall when I sat down on their sofa which unfortunately the cushion is not fixed (detachable), near the pool area. The back of my head hit against the decorative stone. I incurred 3 stiches laceration at the occipital area, and was treated at Capitol Medical Center. Imagine, they did not offer any help and all expenses was shouldered by myself.

I already sent them an incident report last December 6, 2012, but until now..... I did not receive any courtesy letter, which seems nobody cares to what had happened to me.

I was really disappopinted and very angry because YOU, people should take care of your clients!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the accident that had happened last November 29, 2012. The matter was taken seriously the moment it reached our office, concerned staff and departments were directed to immediately address the matter.

Please remember that during the time of the accident, first aid treatment was immediately given to you. On top of which, we made sure that you were accompanied by one our staff to Philippine Heart Center since it was a stone throw away from the hotel.

Also, we would like to inform you that the hotel do NOT allow horse playing while at the poolside. We want to reiterate that like any other public places, being mindful to one’s environment should and must be taken into consideration at all times to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, we wish to express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that this caused you. We thank you for calling our attention to matters that will help us uphold and strengthen the highest standards of The Sulô Riviera.

We shall be looking forward to your next visits. Hopefully, the incident will not discourage you from future patronage of the hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel in Quezon City, then this is one of the better options.

It is newly renovated so the rooms and facilities are much better than they were before under the old management.

There are restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. Some rooms face the street. Expect to hear noise even in the middle of the night.

There are chairs at the front desk, and you will need them. First, check in takes an eternity and you have to read and sign the house rules. Basically, no fun allowed and please don't smile.

Check out takes another eternity and they send staff to check your room and the staff here is just so slow.

We were given a voucher for a free drink and waited more than 20 minutes for our beers, although we were the only ones in the bar.

They should allocate some staff from the entrance to do cleaning instead. After four nights, left overs from shaving the first morning were still visible around the sink. No new soap and the minibar is not refilled. Why?

Breakfast is ok, with good choices, which is the best I can say about this place.

Wifi in every room - but you have to pay and the clock starts ticking unstoppable at first log in.

The entrance and interior design is very good and we expect that the service will also be the same .. but..we stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The housekeeping was not effective, maybe cleanliness is not the first priority. The bathroom floor has not been mopped, and it was dusty all over the place..We get newspaper only the first day , next day we have to ask it from the counter. We dont get a new shower and gel tube every day ..Its rains every afternoon but their there are no available umbrellas..Some employees are not so sensitive to the needs of the customers...I hope my comments will help the services of this hotel.

my family and my friend family stay in this hotel 8 nights,breakfast very poor ,no varietis,far awey from everything,staff arrogant...

Room Tip: choose hotels in makati area.
