Owner description: This natural harbor is an excellent place from which to view a most elegant sunset.

The sunset is caused by the severe air pollution and if water pollution could contribute to the view, it would be truly spectacular. There are diapers and human waste floating around and the stench is horrible. Noise is a major problem as is the possibility of being robbed. I have seen people catching fish from the wall but I would not even touch my fishing gear if it got in the water. This place is best avoided.

Great sunset views, especially for nostalgic Manila/Metro Manila residents who long for a bit of history. People jog there, bike there, and there's lots to do in the area. But unfortunately, decades of decay due to pollution and trash throwing are still evident, despite the local government's efforts to clean up. Things are improving, and this is part of Manila's old town and is accessible when you go to historical areas like Luneta Park, Rizal Monument, Manila Hotel, etc. Still something I'd take photography and history buffs to but not for every tourist.

Although it is not as clean as you wanted it to be. It has gone through a lot of improvements from when i remembered it. It is getting there.

There are several places to enjoy the sunset, MOA being the most popular. Grab some dinner and watch the sunset. If you're at MOA you will be treated to fireworks after the sun fully sets.
