Good location, this Hotel is closed to shopping mall, American Embassy and Manila Bay. Nice breakfast but some staff is not so ardent and some facilities are out of style with poor WIFI. When we arrived at the airport we used hotel pick-up serice which we satisfied. It does not cost so much time from the hotel to the airport if there is no very traffic jam.

Traveling for business means staying where clients are, and this hotel made that stay convenient and pleasant. The front desk staff Janice, Angel, and others were very helpful with cabs and changed rooms when neighbors were to rowdy.

The hotel was not fancy but it was clean, located in the center of town, and provided easy access for the airport (I used Manila as my home base for travel in the country) and activities.

Internet was great and free, something I don't always see even at ore expensive hotels in Manila. The breakfast was nice and the staff pleasant to start the day.

It is close to entertainment and a short rise to restaurants at the waterfront. Check local restaurants like the G-Point Smörgåsbord for discounts.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a window that has sun not an interior window to brighten the room.

Room was nice, clean. Good service. Close to Waterfront, parks and Robinson's Ermita. The location is good and generally safe (be careful any place late at night). Breakfast was varied, there was usually enough for a vegetarian to eat. Dinner includes at least one tasty vegetarian option. Room had free WiFi. There is a gym, but it is not very good, and seemed barely open. They are building a bigger Annex next door, so a definite future plus. Kept luggage for a late departure at no charge and no fuss. Very good staff. Will go back again for sure.

Very good, basic Hotel in the heart of Ermita. Close to everything especially Robinson's Mall only 10 min walk, Restaurants & Ermita's Nitelife ! Hotel service is very good once they get to know you. They even gave me a disount on there room rate because I was staying over 5 nights.
If you get Breakfast included in your room rate is a good deal. Basic breaky of Pinoy favs & western cereal & eggs cooked to how u like them. Bottomless brewed coffee SARAP !
Main Menu was great & good selection of imported wines at reasonable prices.
Only bad thing was if your a NON-Smoker you have to eat outside the main restaurant where they serve break as the main restaurant has a pool-table & is a smoking area ! (hope they all die off soon) lol!
Definately recommend this hotel as a very good budget hotel in good location.
They have a nice pool spa next door but you have to go outside & then back inside again !!
Good Business centre with internet PC's & wifi avail free all areas on the ground floor. Not in rooms.

Room Tip: Check the room out first before you pay in full to make sure you happy with what they give you ! If...

We could see from day one that the hotel service has a great quality, both because of its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort. Thank you especially for being aware of our requirements.

Thanks again to the team that made our stay a good time, comforting and secure.Specially to (Ms. Rona Ramos- Sales). She's a really nice and sweet girl. We are sure that when we return to the phillipines, we will go back to your hotel.

Regards,
Mr. & Mrs Bengtsson

This has been my fifth visit in Manila and I have always chosen Lotus Garden Hotel. From the airport pick-up up to my check-out, everything had always been so easy.

The room has adequate space, just enough for two person to roam around. The bed were neatly done and the bathroom is quite nice too [with hot/cold shower].

But what stood out from this hotel is the service and hospitality of all the staffs whom assisted me throughout my stay. This is an excellent hotel for long staying guests.

I came back to manila for a family reunion i am attending, and to my surprise i found a new family in the midst of lotus..

Their service was great, plus the staffs there were very helpful. They were warm and friendly, unlike staffs from other hotel who moves and talks like a bunch of robots..

My stay was comfortable and had a sense of the Filipino home. This was my right choice.
