Last February, when I visited my college school in Sta Mesa. I decided to go visit this place again since it was quite sometime since I last visited the place. During college days we always go here to buy production materials for the play or performance. It is a good thing that this place has developed and it is not an eye sore anymore. They have cleaned it somehow and made it bigger. I still enjoy the shops here but still beware of pick pockets, they are just around hehehe

went here to see the surrounding area where there is big market with some fortune tellers and people providing candles ritual. totally loved the market where they sell vegetables, fruits, clothes, glasses, christian statues, etc. staying here feel like trying to be what manila people do. it was exciting. worth to try!

this religious looking attraction will make you think your god can protect you but there are a lot of snatchers and scumbags everywhere.. make sure that you take care of your belongings.. the good thing about this place is there are a lot of cheap things you can buy around it.. also.. you can buy abortion syrups here if you are into those kind of things... pretty ironic if you ask me...

The church is exposed to the city's bustling lifestyle. Jeepney's and dwekler's noise is heard which maks it hard to pray solemnly. However, This showcases different people from diffrent walks of life and if you are also a kind of tourist who wishes to witness a parcel of Filipino culture then you must visit this place

They say Jesus of Nazarene is miraculous. But it still all depends on the faith that we have. I like to attend the mass here. Although there a lot of people, but if you are just focused, you can feel how strong the presence of God is. Just be careful when you buy something outside. The people are taking advantage if you are a newbie to the place. Most of them are not honest. They'll try to trick you. Example, if you want to buy candles, ask first the price. If not, you'll be shocked that it's worth P100 and you have no choice but to pay because it was already lit. Be extra careful too with your things (esp. gadgets and wallet).
