I stayed the hotel for three nights, and my stay started very nicely. Although the Spiral is still on construction, the other facilities are working properly, and the executive floor service was outstanding. However, the stay became the best to the worst when the local tourist entered the scene. Being weekend was part of my stay, I should expect there will be local guests with kids but it turns out too much. Not withstanding snack time, even happy hour, these guest brought their toddlers and kidss to the lounge, and that made the lounge as a kindergarten. These kids running around, crying and yelling and fingering every possible foods. I expect there should be some sort of restraint from either their parents or lounge staffs but not at all.
I was so distracted that I have to avoid the lounge.
However, the day before I am leaving hotel, there is new neighbor with lots of uncontrolled kids without proper parenting in presence at my room, and they even try to open the connecting door. I informed the loung staff to either make proper move to the parents of these kids or we could not sleep that night.
All in all, the hotel has some nice aspects such as beautiful ocean side location, and appropriate fitness and health facilities but lacksservice level tremendously.
Only the club floor lounges supporting staffs (Joyce and Janel) made our stay enjoyable.
