If u dont axept many restrictives rules u cannot cancell your reservation. U have to pay before all the days u stay and they dont give u back anything. They sbmit to u a paper what u have to sign and if u dont respect some of theese rules u have to pay a lot of penalty. It seems like a prison. About the rules: u cannot smoke in any room, all the hotel is not smoking, but they dont advise in the site. U have to pay all u use and at the and u pay much more of other hotel .

Room Tip: to chose another hotel

The Tune in Ermita is excellent price/value if you are on a budget. It is in the middle of Ermita entertainment district, and as some other reviews state, there is quite some red light around. But well, if you don't like that, stay in Makati. There are also many lively "normal" live music bars around. I like the area.

The rooms consist of a bed, a decent bathroom with shower, large flat screen TV, and not much else. The air con can get quite loud, as can the fan, which gets annoying and disturbs your sleep enormously.

The main advantage is that you can walk to everything in the Ermita/Malate district, and there's always a taxi near you. There's also a 7-Eleven next to the entrance if you need snacks or water. The hotel provides free WiFi that works most of the time.

All in all convenient and recommended for that price, certainly better than many of the sleazy "budget" hotels around the hood. But don't expect to relax. This is a place to drop your luggage, explore the city, come back to sleep only. Not a hotel in which you relax or spend time in your room.

So if you are on a budget, this is a good choice. If you have a few bucks flexibility in your budget, you may want to choose one step up the ladder.

Very small room for cheap price. Nice staff, avarage comfortable. First class irish pub next to reception. 7eleven next to reception. Good location, you can go by walk to Roxal Boulevard, Rizal Park, long walk to Intramuros. Around the hotel you can see really Manila's life. For 1500pesos it is good place.

I just finished spending 4 nights at this hotel in Manila, Philppines. Most of the reviews about it are very accurate. It is a relatively new hotel in the entertainment district of Manilla. I found it to be quite sufficient at a veryvreasonable price.
It does have a lot of action going on all around it boy night and day but it's the evening when things get busy. I just stood out front of the hotel last night (a Saturday) and was entertained watching everything going on.
The rooms are rather small. I only had about 3 feet on each side of my bed but it worked out fine. I also had no problem with any of the noise outside. It's the rude neighbors coming in a 2-4 in the morning and decide to talk in the hall like it's 2 in the afternoon that I have an issue with but that can happen anywhere.
If you want something basis, clean and reasonable this is a good choice.

Room Tip: Chiding a room not overlooking the main street would help with any outside noise.
