“Good value for money. Clean and easy access to city centre.”
Reviewed January 25, 2013 via mobile

Clean, sheek, comfortable shower and bed, good value for money booked from booking.com, the package includes add-on fees such as wifi, towels and city tax. Located in a red light district but close to Robinson mall and 711 downstairs.

Nice, clean, new and good value hotel, good location, quite small but it's fine. It has luggage service at 80 PHP. Tunes has a chain of hotels in asia, I surely will use their service again, in other countries.

I like this place. A lot. It's new, it's clean, everything works. The hot water is hot. The linens are clean. The rooms have a view of Manila bay. The a/c is ice cold. Only problem is that you can't just walk in off the street and expect to get a reasonable price. You must book in advance. I used Agoda and you should too. If you don't like the Tune business model, then look elsewhere. But for me it's a big winner!

Room Tip: Book as far in advance as possible.

I stayed here for one week. I found the hotel clean, and modern, but the rooms are small. The neighborhood is surrounded by bars, but it feels safe. It is not far from the airport. Taxi to and from airport is about 150 to 200p.
It is within walking distance of the Robinson's mall, and not to far to Mall of Asia..

We have stayed at Tune Hotels before and you know what to expect. Everything is pretty basic but clean and the location is good. The room was a good size and as we had extra persons in the room an additional bed was brought into the room, there was no problem because the room was quite large. The staff where okay, not great but helpful. we would recommend this hotel.

an a la carte hotel that charges every part separately (tv, a/c, towels & toiletries, Internet, etc). When you make your reservation, pay close attention to what is and isn't included, if its not specifically listed as included, assume its not. We also noticed that for the same price, Agoda and booking.com listed this hotel but only one included towels/toiletries. Even though we were placed on a non-smoking floor, the floor smelled of smoke (the room did not). The room itself was small and simple, one bed and one night stand and a safe. That's it. We placed our bags on the floor and had to walk over them to get to the bed. The shower had hot water and low water pressure. For toiletries (if you pay for the towel) you only get soap and shampoo. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but like the rest of Manila, it was loud outside and the noise is heard all night long even if you're on a high floor. The hotel isn't very helpful with information. They charge extra for a city map and don't help much with tourist sights or logistics. They also charge the most (approx 650 pesos) for a airport transfer, the most expensive price we found. You can take a prepaid taxi for approximately 530 pesos or take a metered taxi from outside. The hotel told us a metered taxi was ~200 to 250 pesos but the taxi driver wanted 500 (I'm sure he was ripping us off, as he wouldn't turn on the meter) we only had 298 pesos left and gave him that. Also, aware that the airport tax/terminal fee (I've heard it called different things) is 550 pesos per foreign person regardless of age. There is an ATM in the terminal that charges you 200 pesos to use.

If you book this yourself, you pay very little for the room, but everything is extra... but if you book through AGODA, everything is included, so it's still a bargain.
Right in the heart of downtown old Manila, it's in the center of the night-life area, which means there's many girls available outside each club, and there's lots of 'em. Manila is a noisy, smelly, smokey, disheveled, backward, disorganized, corrupt third-world dump. This hotel is above all that. The rooms are secure, the TV works, the internet works, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice convenience store next to the lobby, and a nice Irish Pub in the lobby with a restaurant. The food was OK... by western standards. I would stay there again. Very close to major shopping center.

Room Tip: Make sure you get everything included... A/C, internet, towels, etc.
