I love the way they cooked the "Lechon" and their own 'sarsa".
I just hope that this will be applied to all branches whether it is a company-owned or franchise. I've been to different branches like Makati (near RCBC, along J.P. Rizal, near Chino Roces and Evangelista, Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Quiapo, Manila. I've noticed that their services differ espcially if the place is franchise. The quality of service and food serving suffers.
Hope the management of Chic-Boy will work on this to make it another Filipino Pride.
