“Surprising and very good version of local adobo dish”

We smelled the aroma coming from their kitchen when we passed by so we dropped in for late lunch. There weren't many people that time and service was prompt and efficient.

We shared the Chicken and pork adobo (PHP385) which was a delightful version of the local dish. The chicken and pork were served separate from the sauce, on a bed of cooked bananas, with some local sweet sauerkraut on the side. This was a very tasty meal and good for sharing between 2 people. The steamed rice (PHP65) was also generously served in a big bowl.

For drinks we tried their buco (coconut) pandan and green mango shakes (P90 and P135) which were also very good albeit on the sweet side. The green mango shake in particular was a lovely complement to the adobo.

We look forward to future visits and trying more dishes at C2. For recommendations, the adobo is worth trying.
