“Sweet, sour taste of Success”
Reviewed March 14, 2014

Whichever Italianni's we go to (Eastwood, Fort Bonifacio) we can savour the flavour from outside. I eat an inverted meal - start with dessert first, main meal and soup/salad last - so I indulge in Budino de Pane, then my favorite Angus Beef Rib eye with smoked salmon asparagus salad. For first timers, please ask your server for more bread (its on the house). The bread has a distinct hint of sweetness and the olive oil and vinegar dip completes your appetizer.

Best time to eat is an hour before or after lunch or an hour before dinner time.

Price is affordable and with great menu. I had Seafood Capcio, very tasty and great tomato sauce. Good service and attentive staff.

Romy's favorite place any day of the week not because of excellent food and finest Rufino red wine but because of service too. I love their four seasons salad. It's just soooo good.

“Very good Italian and reasonable”
Reviewed January 29, 2014 via mobile

Italiannis is located in Ayala Center, Greenbelt 2, on the lower level. Actually it is the last restaurant in the mall. They have a number of locations, another is locate in Glorietta Mall near by. This location is usually busy even though it is a large restaurant. And for good reason. The food is authentic Italian. The menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable. There is a wide selection of appetizers, salads, pizza, pasta and desserts. Portions are not skimpy, and you will certainly leave full. My friend had the lasagna, and it was a large square full of ingredients. My ravioli was full and cooked al dente. Another in our party, had the angel hair and said it was cooked properly, although it came out not hot, and could of had more sauce as it dried up before he finished. There is a very large selection of pizzas made in an unconventional rectangular shape, more resembling home made. Ours was cooked just right and it was not paper thin like some restaurants are making now. There is also a large selection of beverages, including beer, wine and cocktails. Service is generally good and efficient. I have visited a number of times. One suggestion, do not visit on New Years Eve. The service was slow as was the food coming out of the kitchen. Keeping in mind they were one of only a few restaurants open that night and very busy, it can be understood. Under normal conditions, I think it is very worth your time to try and enjoy good Italian food.
