“Where did all the Big fishy go?”
Reviewed December 14, 2010

Visited that place Nov.28, 2010. with families. 8 adults, 8 kids, and a baby. Very crowded, noisy. was bumbed out to see that the big fishies by the main outside aquarium were gone ( aruwanas?) but replaced by giant hito catfish. they still have a lot of collections of different fish, crusteceans,(?), you can find in the Philippine sea. a good place for kids to see. drawback? looks like they been saving electricity that the whole place was dark on daytime.....still a nice place to see. very affordable. 400 pesos for adults, senior discounts available. 350 pesos for kids under 12.

“Not a world class Aquarrium”
Reviewed November 7, 2010

I dont recommend this oceanarium if you have been there in other countries like Indonesia,Thailand,Malaysia,.... but if you never experienced this sort of parks and you are in vicinity of Roxas Blvd it is worth to visit.
the entrance fee is 400 P and there are several places for shopping and food.
the section Dr Fish (tratment and massage by fish) is not so attractive.
the only interesting items is feeding the sharks by diver.
Corocodiles are small and not noticeable.

“Nice place to bond with family...”
Reviewed October 30, 2010

My sister and my brother-in-law just went home from their contractual work in Saudi and they decided to bring their son in Ocean Park last July 2010. Since I am working and living here in Manila, I tagged along with them to experience the famous Ocean Park adventure that I always hear from my friends. Surely enough, I had a hell of a good time! I really loved the fish spa,it felt so tingly and so refreshing afterwards.

“Children would enjoy this”
Reviewed October 9, 2010

I have to admit that Manila Ocean Park is no better than the aquariums in neighboring countries but for its price a trip to this aquarium is worth it. As is, this is the best that you could find in the entire country so if you want to see marine life in an artificial setting this is your best bet. Children would enjoy much seeing various creatures that they only see on television.

I recommend going there on weekdays to avoid the crowd.

Reviewed October 1, 2010

In Filipino, it's "bitin". There are nice and rare creatures to be seen though.

Visiting the ocean park makes you realize that there is indeed a Creator from above, enjoying His creations and letting us see how wonderful they are all made!

Visit Manila ocean park if you haven't been to other country's ocean parks.
