“A damp start to Manila Ocean Park.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 24, 2013

We went by bus from Ortigas to Manila City Hall, and started our water experience a bit earlier than expected. To-day was the water festival in San Juan, and along the bus route, we were doused with water from the residents, as well as from the fire trucks. Luckily, the conductor kept the door firmly shut. All good natured, but our journey took nearly two hours instead of one.
No queue on arrival, so straight into the shows and exhibits. Sea Lion show good, Bird show average. Antarctic exhibit poor, but local children will like the cold and ice!! Jellyfish displayed well, as was the main aquarium. All tanks very clean, and fish looked healthy.
Food range very good, and reasonably priced. Fish spar good, but very ticklish.
Facility needs better signage and access to upper floor. Discounted tickets from SM are actually more expensive than on site.

Just so busy with so many with people, my impression was most of them are local. It has a lot of fish but the size is not that large.

What to see: Jelly Fish, fishes, starfish, lion fish, bones of fish, sting ray, sharks, sea lions, yeah. Manila Ocean Park is one fun place for the family, especially for the kids. you'll also get to walk "under" and "through" an aquarium and you can see all swimming creatures on the side and above you.

Bring the kids here! :-)

“Great shows brought to our country for the benefit of the locals”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2013

Many people young or old are benefited of the idea brought to the Philippines like whát we saw in the Manila Ocean Park ttoday. This is à very impressive collection and introduction to intertain and educate the Filipinos in general.

Very comfortable accommodation from one to another journey inside the Ocean Park. Food, accommodation and other merchandise were just in hand to give the viewing public a better provision.

You will not be hungry there.
