What a great place to waste your money. I ordered a large take a way coffee to get it less than half full on 16 May 2014 (4.30pm). When I approached the coffee staff I was given a shrug and told it was a cappacino. Come on J.Co this is bad form. When your advised of an issue with your product act like you care about customer service.

I try all the mainstream donuts in Malaysia and J.Co leaves that weird taste in your mouth a couple of hours after eating it. I still feel that Krispy Kreme is the best, very simple and it's good! So, try them out..
J.co? Hmm,.. not a fan

I find the prices to be quite expensive as a local, compared to other foodstuff or other fast food.
The variety is quite a lot actually with different tastes, some subdued and some too strong. In all honesty, the usual variety donuts tastes the same as a cheap hypermarket donut or even some roadside stalls or kiosks, so I usually try the more rare versions to taste something new.
The locations of the chain around KL are for the most part, not that good location or visibility. You have to purposely find for it since its sometimes at a basement (lower ground) level, or tucked inside obscure inner part of mall thats not usually where people walk or traffic flows, etc.
Due to above and all factors, and taking into account there are other donut chains as well, I can only give 3 stars. If I have craving for donut, I will most probably choose cheapest, easiest access shop since they all taste about the same and I cant be bothered looking for this shop when its kind of difficult to look for. (This review is for this brand in all of KL, not just in Bukit Bintang)

The big Apple donuts are in the same are in the basement. I could not actually find the place. The San Francisco coffee shop makes a good espresso.
