On my business trip to KL, my friend (who stays in KL) invited me to WIP (previously known as WORK IN PROGRESS, but now known as WHIPPED IN PLACES) for an evening's session of drinks and snacks.
It was a drizzly evening in KL and we were unlucky to be kept waiting at WIP by the steward when they offered the open area table as the drizzle was over.
Seeing many more groups eyeing for the same corner, we immediately agreed and they set us up at that table.
The service is pretty fast, their Guiness beer (from the tap) is quite good.
The calamari rings, sheekh kebabs, chicken sausage with chilly were lip-smacking.
The menu is exhaustive and offers varied cuisine to suit all taste buds!!
The best part was the persian platter (for 2) that we had ordered for main course.
The snap says it all!!!
Chicken (or lamb) on a sizzler stick, boiled vegetables, fried potatoes, humus, pita bread - the works in Persian style just completed our over all amazing experience.
The next time I visit KL, WIP will definitely be a stopover for me!!
