“Everything is low grade here”
Reviewed July 17, 2014

Basic shopping place with China made stuff and no guarantees. Now and then you will get some offers of massages with electrical items...lol also a lot of go go dancers doing massages nearby.About items , nothing is great here and can be bought at better places around the city. There are gaming rooms upstairs .There are lots of Restaurants too. This plaza is linked to BB plaza.Your legs will ache by the long walks. In those early days , anyone could buy fake DVD`s here.
Anything electrical from this place is suspect.
Some shops use go-go dancers to distract from checking the items before buying.
Actually foreigners get served well here but they realise they are getting conned.Locals are not treated well in this plaza.
This plaza is served well by a monorail but again the monorail is crowded so this defeats the purpose.

“Two years of good bargains=two thumbs up”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

My family of four on holiday, spent 4 hours on retail therapy on two occasions, a year apart. Have waited for second visit to see if it lived up to the great first year experience. Yes is the answer.
For us in early July, Parkson is the best choice for adult shopping with ladies 41 size heels in abundant stock and plenty of quality handbags. Footwear, tops, sporting goods, swimmers tick the boxes. Lots of 50-70% stock plus the RM10 credit vouchers came in handy for next purchases.
For the kids 7 and 8, you are better off in the malls - cheap jewellery, World Cup soccer strips, PJ's, tshirts etc. There is a supermarket at the back and great chain food outlets facing the main road on the outside.
It is not a high end shopping centre like Suria, more like a Phuket town Expo Fair with two levels of chains food and fashion outlets.

“Shopping galore”
Reviewed July 2, 2014

Huge mall with lots of variety of shops. Not exactly a high end mall but for everything else, this place will do.

“Go for other malls, rubbish shops”
Reviewed July 1, 2014 via mobile

Mostly rubbish shops and a lot of Chinese junk, compared to the other malls like Berjaya or Pavilion. Toilets are so dirty but that goes for more public toilets in KL (probably a mix of bad cleaning and men without manners. Won't mention nationalities here.).
