Lousy management – that is all I can say!
Made reservation on 14/09/2017 for the New Year Eve,
Check ins to be 31/12/2017.
Deposit made. Confirmed by the agent several times.
29/12/2017 made call to the Regallia Residence Management to ask on the key pickups but was being informed name was not in the list.
Oh yes, I forgot to inform. I was made to informed the 3bd unit I booked for 31/12/2017– was actually given to a long day guest! Pretty smart eh?
Important to know that 6% taxes and 15 euros for cleaner service aren´t included. This is a bad residence which total price is 80 euros! (studio for two people without breakfast). It is really dificult to find this residence, many building around.
When we arrived the owner isn´t there, a women gave us the room key and went. When we saw our studio was dirty (gum in the fridge, a sock under couch, toothpaste used, unclean bath..), we have taken photos to show it. But the worst was that we could not sleep in the all night, our room is close to the main road: many traffic and the train is near, the noise it is horrible! imposible to sleep.
The next day the woman keep our baggage and in the evening she delayed 30 min to return us our baggage, we could have missed our flight!
The swiming pool not is in the residence flat, it is shared with other four big building, so a lot of people are here.
I think the owner only wants the money and does not care about client. I never will come back to this residence. In KL there are very good hotels for this price.
