Amazed by the location, as it is near to everywhere in Bukit Bintang.

Booked from hotel Booker, choosing queen size bed, but unfortunately not available when we arrive there. little bit disappointing me. They are not really accommodate our request.

Hotel is old, but they are trying to make it look good. bed is noisy and the room is quite small.

Good for just laying your body after walk for hours around bukit bintang, but i dont recommend for good rest and relax.

I got my room free upgraded to the deluxe type, and it was real good. Large bed, good night city view, comfortable bathroom, pluffy pillow, and good ac and water pressure.

On the 2nd day, I decided to extend at the same type, but they asking me to change the room due to it is already blocked by someone (special request). I agree, and I found me room even bigger with better view #404.

The hotel area is in the dark and surounded by arabic/indian things. Service was okay.

Easy to get to everywhere : Bukit bintang MRT, pavilion, fahrenheit, lot 10, Sungei Wang etc

We booked this hotel last minute as we had to leave the hotel we had originally arranged to stay at.

Pros - The security guard on the front door is very friendly.
The location is incredible, right next to the metro station and close to loads of great bars and restaurants.
Great views of the city.
Lovely bathroom, good shower and comfortable bed.
Very clean.

Cons - The staff are sometimes unfriendly.
The rooms are small we had an uprated room and it was still very small, only just big enough for a double bed.

Room: I got the biggest room and it was awesome. Living area with bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Simply great.

Amenities: Not much here, but there's an attached bistro which serves awesome coffee and looks like it has a comprehensive menu of local food.

Staff: Competent, polite; full score here.

Location: Awesome! Well-connected to Bukit Bintang shopping district, Jalan Alor food area, and easy access to public transport.

We got there around 9pm only to be told they had cancelled our reservation 3hrs ago (wtf!?). They said rooms are still available so we paid, which was alot more than our original deal and only after being charged they told us its a downgraded room and that its non-refundable. The room was tiny with peeling walls, burnt outlets, hair on the floor and what looked like noodles on the shower floor. We went to get a refund for the rest of the nights and they said they will upgrade our room by cancelling on another guest while they chatted in their language, checking their phones and sighing. Its dissappointing when we know that the people of this country are usually friendly and very helpful.
