Booked the hotel for one night as the location is great and they offer free parking. When we arrived to the hotel we got a very small room. The room was dirty: there was a jam or something similar - sticky on the door, the bedsheets had multiple spots, the walls were dirty and the bathroom with toilet haven't seen bleach for ages. We ran the reception and a security officer was send to the room. He told us that some of the spots on the bed are ok and the bedsheets are actually clean. We asked for another, clean room. After a few minutes the same security officer came in and told us that they have only one room free and we will be moving there. The other room was the same: as the bedsheets were ok, the towels had spots and bathroom was dirty. We decided to get a refund and go somewhere else. We got the refund from the website we booked the hotel and went to another one. In addition the price was higher than average price per night in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was the worst one I have seen in Malaysia.

We stayed here for just four days during our visit to Kuala Lumpur, the best thing about the hotel is really it's centralised location near KLCC which thus allows easy access to the main shopping malls such as the Pavilion, Farenheit, and Suriya KLCC. I do not recommend dining in the restaurant, as we found it to be small, dingy, with an odd odour hanging around. It seriously needs maintenance. Thus we had most of our meals outside, as this is what you're supposed to do, explore the street food, the night life and the interesting districts like China town. The hotel is mostly for when you're tired out from a day of touring the city and in serious need of a shower and a nightcap. It's not exactly spectacular with the rooms being small and the toilets lacking a cubicle such the once one person showers the whole toilet is soaked making it unpleasant for the next person to use. However the staff was very friendly, ordering taxis for the best rates and they ensured the room was tidied even without us requesting them to. They also provided information about the best places to visit and how to get there. Overall it was a simple and nice place to stay in as it was worth the cost.

Stayed here for two nights and could not have picked a better hotel for staying, from check in to check out their service was great. I did not have a Malaysian travel adapter, on request they provided one for free of charge, in the evening the AC was not that effective so they gladly accommodated us to another higher category room. The staff was helpful and the room prices were low. The location is perfect as its in bukit bintang. Would happily recommend the place to others.

My stay at Itzumi was very pleasant, the location was great and accessible to a diversity of street food as well as shopping areas and of course many restaurants,
the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room although may not be as spacious, in my opinion it is designed efficiently and its modern decor along with the cleanliness made for a cozy and comfortable stay which is nice to have wether you are on a work or leisurely trip. Good job Izumi

Room tip: Ask nicely if you have any particular preferences sometimes they can accommodate them.

Room and toilet are clean, the wall should be re-painted, should give a bin in the toilet.
Strong wifi even to watch movie.
The downside was the cleaning staff redo some mistakes, they forgot to give us two towels, they only gave us one, and they also didnt clean the used glassess in the room so it was full of ants. On the 3rd day, they leaved cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. Still dont know if they did it on purpose or not.
Good location, 5min walk to pavilion and 3min walk to jalan alor.
Over all it was good enough for that prices.
