Stayed here over the weekend for 2 nights. While the location is best, I would say that the hotel is really quite poor especially when it comes to cleanliness.

We were checked-in at room 711 and I don't mind that the room was so small but the bathroom was NOT cleaned at all. There were tissues behind the toilet bowl and soap wrapper on the floor. The walls and floor appeared to be grimy as well. It's really quite disgusting. The towels that were supposed to be white were grey and smelly too. The worst thing was that we would smell cigarette smoke in our room coming out of nowhere. Not sure if their exhausts are connected to each other. Probably one of the guests in the other rooms were smoking but the hotel probably didn't have a smoke alarm. The second day it happened again and we called the front desk. They kindly sent an air freshener which didn't do much help but at least they got courtesy...

The only thing that I found good was the bed. I like that it wasn't too soft or hard. The sheets appeared to be clean. Other than that this hotel has got nothing to offer except maybe for the location.

Hotel rooms are very clean and cozy, security is also top notch, best of all, it's located at the center of the shopping district of Bukit Bintang, must go to malls such as Low Yat Plaza, Lot 10 Mall, Fahrenheit 88, Pavilion Mall, Berjaya Times Square are all within walking distance. Also Jalan Alor Street Food is also a few blocks away, very convenient location for tourist, my family and friends enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Izumi Hotel because of its very convenient location.

Room tip: rooms ending in 07 are bigger such as 407, 507 etc.

We booked a family room on our recent weekend trip in 22-23 July. Overall we are very satisfied with their service, the room, some may find the room a bit small but i wouldn't mind as the location is good!! We were able to check in early for our family room which is a plus. A great service by their security sorry i couldn't remember his name but he was on day-shift who helped us out with our luggage upon arrival, he even brought us an umbrella when it was raining when we came back from outside...thank u for the extra mile!!

This hotel is situated in a great location, 5 min walking distance to Jln Alor where u can get plenty of food during night time, not far from Pavillion etc etc....only

1-2 minor negative comment is that, we are having hard time finding local food for our breakfast and hopefully they can improve on the towel cleanliness & dryness (unpleasant smell)

The hotel is clean but the room size is small. For the price of 170 a night some may call this expensive.

However, hotel is situated near the Bukit Bintang monorail station, got to walk a bit though but bearable. Right behind the hotel us the famous Jalan Alor. Plenty of food there even though the price are what I call tourist price, but reasonable.

Very nearby also is the Lot 10 shopping centre and walk down further is Starhill and Pavilion.

For the location, I cannot say it is expensive.

I read some reviews about this hotel and decided to give it a try, turns out to be good. The room is clean and nice, the location is also very strategic and convenient. Only a few minutes walk to lot 10, pavilion, and other attractions in bukit bintang. Definitely recommend this to anyone planning a visit to kl and also the pricing is very reasonable
