The place is currently called MH Hotel and Residences.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which was huge. Though only 5 of us stayed in the apartment, we regularly had guests, and the living room/dining area was more than large enough to accommodate all of us. The beds were really comfortable, the larger bedroom had floor to ceiling windows, and the view of the city skyline from our 20th floor unit was lovely.
Breakfast was served at the 'Junction Bistro' on the second floor. Food variety (more local than western dishes) was more than adequate on both the mornings we had our meals there. The swimming pool was abit of a disappointment (it was a tad small) but ideal for kids. There was a Thai Spa within the building, but do not expect many other facilities.
There is a 7-11 outlet in the adjacent building. Drive into the Bukit Bintang area took about 20minutes (traffic permitting).
There are a couple of nightclubs in the building next door, which makes the area feel seedier than it is (only at night of course), but that aside I would recommend staying here for anyone travelling in a large group or with family.More
