Their room is clean, nicely-decorated and beautiful scenery of the city. However there is limited car parking. There is only one floor of car parking. It is very difficult for you to get a parking. This is very troublesome and should not happen for a 4-star hotel. Once we cannot get the parking and forced to park the car next door at PWTC. Actually they shared the same parking but was separated by the boundaries. The parking rate is RM4 per entry after 6pm. But once in the morning, the rate continue counting. In the end we have to pay RM9.50 for the parking. Very disappointed with this. Otherwise, the hotel is very pleansant-staying.

It was really a FiVE star hotel many years ago. But not for now in terms of many things.

Our room was at 11th floor and facing to the PWTC, clean and the bed was comfy. I like the bathroom coz they divided it into 2 parts; bath tub room and non adjustable rain shower room, besides the dressing area.

Overall, it just a OK hotel for me and probably will come again here.

It was our first visit to KL. Booked the hotel based on reviews in TripAdvisor. This place is lived to the fact that it is good value for money. Clean room... we had booked the club room, got one on 26th floor.

Requested for towers facing view, waited 45 mins for our preferred room to be ready... was worth it. We we're allowed to sit in the club lounge 30th floor as we waited... very kind of the staff.

Very good breakfast... we love continental so had good options.

Proximity / accessibility to transportation was good.

Just 2 regrets... when booking on their website we chose the club room with a package for 3 nights called a summer deal (strange name for December ) and were promised a 30 percent off for beverages and food is the restaurant. This component disappeared in the resulting communication... didn't bother much anyway as we had a good time. But the bill on check out still mentioned the package name but no discount. Whatever..... I paid rather than ask a specific tough spoken front office staff.

This specific staff (Koma.... ) was very un trained for front office. She only wanted our credit card to swipe first. We asked to see the bill and the expense components for our 3 nights stay before paying.... but she asked for the card. We gave it thinking that she'll let us see the expense before swiping the card.... but she very quickly swiped it and printed out the final "Paid" statement.

And while we were reading through the statement, that was just not even a minute, she kept insisting us to sign on the payment slip.

It was harsh on her part being in the hospitality industry to behave this way.

All said, we're a very easy going couple and wouldn't mind overlooking a few dollars on our if the office person is pleasant.

Anyway we checked out without wanting to clarify on the discount promised in the package... can't be judging the whole team based on just 1 staff's bad manners... yeah : )

It was a great stay otherwise.

We booked this hotel and were impressed by the lobby at first.

There were some cigarette smell in our room and our window was facing Putra Mall which was under construction. Well we did not ask for room facing KLCC though so can't fault them for that.

The deal breaker came when we realize the toilet paper holder was spoilt and we called them up for more than 3 times with more than 5 missed calls as none of the front desk staff answered the phone. In the end we went out not caring whether they attended to our calls. When we came back, the holder was fortunately fixed.

The 2nd time of bad service was when my girlfriend complained about the poor reception from TV. The front desk explained the antenna was spoilt and pending repair. When my girlfriend asked when they are coming down, the front desk has totally no idea. Pretty unacceptable as they should know on first hand the problems the hotels are facing and pending resolution time.

The 3rd time of bad service was when our room ran out of tissue paper. We have to call the front desk 2 times before they finally came down with the tissue paper more than 20 minutes later

So all in all, the service is far from being 4th class and not even 3rd class as I experienced better service in Japan third class business hotels.

That saying, this hotel is located near Kommuter Station Putra and LRT station PWTC, hence is very convenient for people wanting to travel around KL using trains.

The beds were very comfortable and we did not have problems sleeping at night.

The bathroom counter was comprehensive with a seat enabling my girlfriend to do her make up. There were in fact 2 shower rooms in our room with one non-adjustable showerhead, so for bathroom it is definitely a 4 star for us.

The swimming although small but is good enough for me to take a swim and all hotel guests gets to access gym for free.

All in all don't expect much quality service from this hotel. The only 4 star worth is their facilities, bed, toilet and location

Room Tip: Just a note: All their rooms have a mini bar counter which contains a kettle, a fridge, 2 cups and tea/coffee bags. They are pretty much hidden near the desk area, so you might need to call hotel staff if you have no idea where they are

We were so excited to explore the city of KL and we were thrilled when we entered the beautiful lobby of the hotel as a party for Miss Universe was going on. The lobby was nice and the restaurants served a nice selection including the diverse breakfast buffet. This hotel was definitely a family spot with lots of children running around every floor if the hotel . Our room was located on the 19th floor and as we excited the elevator although it was a nonsmoking floor we were assaulted with the smell of stale cigarettes and old food. The odor was so oppressive it literally adults you as you walk the halls. I would like to say the odor is limited to just the halls but it was even stronger in our rooms. We purchased fresh flower wreaths in the markets in hope the smell would improve but we were disappointed with the results. It made going back to the room a dreaded event. The lobby and restaurants did not have the same odor but we did chance visiting other floors to verify the pungent odors were not limited to our particular floor. Extremely disappointed!
